Una maravillosa villa de vacaciones a solo 5 minutos a pie de todo. Cerca del bulevar con sus restaurantes, zona comercial, cine, todos los deportes acuáticos en la playa de Palm Beach y hoteles de gran altura.

We enjoyed our stay! We wanted to be near everything but have quiet time too, which this place offered! The Villa was a good size for our family of 4. It was a corner lot. The three bedrooms were spacious and two of them had full bathrooms in them. The pool was a decent size and pool area had ample seating, with a covered area when it rained. We rented a car based on a review and we recommend it. The beach was about a 10 minute walk. It allowed us the flexibility to do what we wanted. We were close (5-15 minutes) from the excursions we planned in the Noord and Oranjestad areas. We had a great time in Aruba and highly recommend staying here!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Noord. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy some peace. The amenities were well thought out, and everything we needed was provided to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming, which made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place was above and beyond what I expected. Checkin was great. Pool is amazing. Everything was in working order. The location is fantastic! I'll be looking this place up again when I head back to Aruba. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Perfect week long stay for 4 adults. House and grounds are well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to high rises & lots of restaurants. Host was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Met expectations

Nice property in safe neighborhood.Stove was a surprise as we needed to light with a lighter and a couple of burners seems to not work right. Pool is outstanding. Good location but wouldn’t want to walk the distance to beach. Rental car worked well with this property as there was ample parking in private gated driveway. Overall met our needs and was well suited for our group of six.

Birthday celebration

It worked perfectly for my 2 daughters and granddaughter. We walked everywhere and used our driver from the airport when we were too tired the pool was great to relax at. Plenty of towels etc. we would definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything was just as advertised. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed dining outdoors in the evening! Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The location was great - walkable to some nice restaurants and not far from Palm Beach. Check-in process super easy. Would definitely stay here again! We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children.

More Flexibility than Resort

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It gave us much more flexibility and better value than staying at the resorts, which were nearby. The pool was bigger than the online listing, which was great for our kids. The proximity to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach was greater, which allowed us access to that, but also to have more quiet than being at the resort.

Family vacation

Very nice house and suited our needs. The listing of the location on Vrbo should be changed. It shows it is right by the Marriott and on Mommba Beach which it is not. Other than that the house was great. Absolutely no communication with the management company. The house was open when we got there. But we did not see or hear from anyone one.

Very nice house in excellent Palm Beach Aruba location

The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Check-in was very easy. Pool area was wonderful for relaxing and tanning. We rented a car which I highly recommend so you can see all of the island and go to the wonderful restaurants on the island. The only complaint was there were not any paper towels, dishwasher detergent or extra garbage bags. There were also dogs barking from a neighbor’s house across the street that started around 10pm for about an hour and then again at 1am. This complaint was in other reviews so it wasn’t a surprise. Other than that the house was perfect for 2 couples to spend a relaxing vacation.

The property was as advertised. Short walk to dining/bars/beaches/resorts. Carry-out grocery and fast food stores a 2 minute walk from villa. Safe and secure spot. The only complaint was dogs nearby outside barked a lot at night, so front bedroom was a tad noisy at times at night. Other than maybe needing a coffee maker upgrade, this was the perfect place for my stay in Aruba and Palm Beach area. I would recommend to friends and family.

Great location!

Overall we had a great time at 234 Palm Beach! Aruba did not disappoint. The house was in walking distance to the downtown area that has several shops, restaurants, and beaches. We did rent a car which I highly recommend (we used Royal Aruba). This allowed us to drive wherever we wanted (great beach spots all over the island and restaurants that are not downtown). We had a few issues with the hot water in the house, however the owners fixed it as soon as we brought it to their attention. The house overall was great, very clean and looked just like the listing. The area was very safe as well.

Great Stay

House was perfect for two couples. Walk to the beach was easier than expected. Just cut behind Domino Pizza and cross the street toward the Hyatt. Couldn’t ask for better backyard. Few little things but not even worth mentioning. One AC unit was not working when we arrived but it was fixed within 24 hours so kudos to them. Great location in comparison to Hotels, restaurants, casinos and shopping. Would definitely book the house again. Great vacation 😀.

Property mgmt responded promptly when needed. Rental was nice size. Minimally furnished. Gated. Felt safe. Patio furniture could be improved. Surrounding Neighbors dogs bark every night and for awhile as does the rooster crow before dawn. Though you can walk to palm beach area,We drove to make it much easier.

Great house Poor communication with Host

Property wonderful ,great area I was hoping to rent this property every year before we move into a timeshare ,however there were too many problems with the host ,pool issues , no gas to stove, lights in yard turned off couldn’t use the pool a few days we were told go to beach and several days no response ☹️In the end they did refund 1 night after VRBO got involved All prior reviews were great That’s why I booked ! Loved the house

Great stay

When we first got to property we had some difficulties with toilet refrigerator and instructions on how lights and jacuzzi works. Very impressed all issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. New toilet, bags of ice and in person instructions on utilities at house. The only thing I will say is some appliances need a little upgrade and the jacuzzi area needs resurfacing sheet you lean your back on. But if I came back to Aruba or had friends coming I would definitely recommend this place.

The list of things that needed attention would take an hour to list. Many things didn’t work and many things were broken. There were some things that were missing.

Wonderful vacation spot on beautiful Aruba!

This was our ninth visit to Aruba, but our first time renting a villa. We would definitely rent this villa again! Quiet (except for the crowing rooster, but even that wasn't too bad), clean, close to great restaurants and grocery stores. You should rent a car to explore the island and all of the beautiful beaches. The pool on site is well maintained and clean. John, the pool man, is very pleasant and made our stay that much more enjoyable. What a great guy! Any questions or concerns we had about the villa during our stay were answered pleasantly by Lucy from the management office ( an easy phone call away). The housekeeper did a fabulous job keeping the property clean for us. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away from the noise and crowds at the hotels.
