Snowbirds welcome! Ask about monthly Snowbird pricing. Come relax at "The Coral Cottage". Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath gulf front beach condo. This is a ground floor condo. No steps/stairs. Wheelchair accessible. Open kitchen, living, and dining room. Wheelchair accessible boardwalk to private pool and beach. Dauphin Island is a very low key, quaint and relaxing beach town. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and high rise condos. Sometimes you feel as if you're the only one on the beach! Take a bicycle ride with the family to the town bakery, grab an icecream or a snow cone, pickup some fresh gulf seafood, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the Gulf! You are sure to enjoy your stay at our sleepy little beach town!

We loved being so close to the . The place was very clean and had everything we needed to make meals. Allison was great to answer all questions we had while we were there .

Convenient, peaceful location to the beach

We enjoyed our first stay at Dauphin Island at this ground level condo with access to green lawn that meets the sandy beach. Perfect for trips back and forth to the beach with children. We had all we needed. The only limitation was the sluggish WiFi service and our cell phones did not walk well with phone calls, but that just helped us settle in to vacation mode! Would stay here again!

Perfect for our family. Close enough to the beach

We wanted a change from the busyness of OBA/Florida, and this place fit the bill. We got it for a steal, and it was perfect for our family of 6. We love that it was a shorter drive than our usual beach spots. The complex was definitely older, but our unit was well decorated, clean, and plenty of space! It was nice being on the ground floor for easy access outside and around a 100 yard walk down to the sand. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, games, movies, and kitchen ware.

A month on Dauphin Island

Condo was spacious. The beach in front very private and pretty. There are lawn chairs but we never sat outdoors because there is no privacy. The condos are arranged in a u shape so the view is towards other condos. The resort has a nice pool but was too cold to swim in Feb.

Adorable condo on the perfect little island

This condo was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a quiet vacation this September. It was the perfect size for the four adults and one little one. We had everything we needed from extra towels to all of the cooking supplies to eat in every day. The beach is just a short walk away, and with the beach cart provided, made getting there with all the kid things super easy. Allison was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning, and when hurricane Sally came and we had to leave a bit earlier than planned Allison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be coming back to this perfect little spot in the future.

Place was dirty. Sheets were torn. Bathroom floor was dirty. Neighbors that were owners were rude and nosey. Will never rent again

A Great Stay on Dauphin Island!

We booked a last minute trip to Dauphin Island and stumbled upon this great property. The condo was spotlessly clean, and was outfitted with all of our needs for the week including nice bedding and pillows, extra blankets, plenty of towels, a beach cart, umbrella and beach chairs, and grill. The condo included all of the hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, storage bags, etc. that many rentals do not include. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The condo itself is spacious, the bunk room is open but we didn't mind. The condo complex is small, and was uncrowded. A short walk to the pool and down to a nice private beach. Allison was readily available with all of our questions and checked on us several times to make sure we had all we needed. Overall this was a great place to stay, we highly recommend it for a family getaway!

A great week on Dauphin Island

This was our first stay on Dauphin Island. My family (kids 4, 2, and 4mo) were accompanied by one pair of grandparents and we had a great time. The host was very easy to reach before/during our stay and generally very attentive. It was a perfect set-up for our kids with close proximity to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and other attractions. The unit was mostly very clean, though areas for improved attention would be the showers, floors under the furniture, and behind the bunk-beds where kids' items (e.g. stuffed animals, blankets) can easily fall. This unit had plenty of towels, appliances, and other beach accessories far more so than similar places we've rented, which meant that we did not have to bring as much with us. Overall great stay and would definitely return!

Very nice and relaxing

Spent a week with the family (6 + mother in law). Great condo. Room for all. Very clean. Short walk to the pool and beach. Would definitely come and stay again.

Good Location

We had a wonderful time at Dauphin Island. This condo has everything you need to enjoy yourself at the beach. It is a little dated, but it is located near bike trails, the beach, the bird sanctuaries, the Estuarium, and Fort Gaines....all within walking distance if you are interested in getting lots of steps in!

Very Nice

We came here to relax and enjoy the holidays and that we did. This place is in a great location. Close to the beach, walking areas, ferry, ice cream shop, sites to see. Allison was very easy to work with and check in was a breeze. Very clean and well stocked kitchen equipment and a great charcoal grill. When you come bring your island life attitude and enjoy. 🏝️

Coming home

I’ve been coming to Dauphin Island for 50 years with my family. My husband and I were married at the CC all three kids christened on the Island. It holds a special place for us. This year due to covid my siblings were unable to travel. So my immediate family made a trip. Allison was amazing. Great communication. The condo was perfect. Everything you needed. It was our first time on the East end. We even got to see the famous fox on our evening walk. The beach is clean and the board walk in great shape. Allison has a grill and beach chairs for your use. Sure makes it easy!!!
