Bedroom One: This stylish main bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe cupboard, and glass sliding doors that open to the outdoor patio.

Bathroom One (Ensuite): Modern and functional, the ensuite includes a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom Two: Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, this room also includes ducted AC, ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom Two: The second bathroom continues the sleek design with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Laundry: Compact yet practical, the laundry cupboard includes a front-loading washing machine and an undercover washing line on the patio.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment, along with 2 garage spaces and access to the Azzure complex facilities including a resort style pool, gym, steam room as well as a complex BBQ and sundeck area.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 5 minute walk to Nicklin Way where the bus can be caught northbound and southbound.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
