* Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.

* A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed

* Key collection: 800m from the apartment. Check-in until 10 pm.

* Parking: Free parking options and designated car spaces are available around the apartment complex.

* CCTV: One camera pointing towards the private pedestrian entrance



Mid-Stay Cleans

Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.

For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $199 per service applies.
