Inside, the condo is tastefully furnished with an authentic Mexican flair and handcrafted artwork throughout. The location is unbeatable: walk to the marina, beach bars, and downtown Cabo in minutes, all while enjoying the quiet of a resort setting right on the water.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Both bedrooms are full suites with king beds, remodeled private bathrooms, mirrored closets, and air conditioning with ceiling fans.

- The master opens directly onto the beachfront patio through sliding glass doors, so you wake up to ocean views from bed.

- The second bedroom offers the same spacious layout with vanity and ample storage.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area flows from kitchen to dining to lounge, all with ocean views. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook at home. WiFi and a dedicated workspace at the breakfast bar make it easy to stay connected. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Parking is available for one vehicle per unit — a parking pass is required. The condo is steps from the beach, a short stroll to the marina's shops and restaurants, and close to everything that makes Cabo famous.

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
