Heart of Cabo!

We absolutely loved our stay! We have stayed at this property many times in the past and this was by far the most seamless experience we have had. Our host was wonderful and they were expecting us the day we arrived. Everything was excellent! Will use this host again!

Beautiful property/great location

We had a wonderful stay at Corazon. The rental process was easy with excellent communications. You couldn’t ask for a better location even though we wouldn’t go during spring break again. Check if your room has a kitchenette and /or jacuzzi because the listings are different. If you aren’t interested in a timeshare just politely say No to the emails and attempts at getting you to go to a presentation.

Amazing location! Right on the beach

This condo is very nice, just as described! All amenities are updated and comfortable. There is even a Starbucks downstairs. The location is amazing, right on the beach! We spent the days at the beach club and enjoyed the amazing views and great service. In the evenings, we walked to nearby restaurants and nightclubs nearby like Cabo Wabo and Squid Row. Patricia was very helpful and courteous. The transaction was easy and we would definitely book through her again!

Beautiful weather and views

This is a large resort property on a hillside above the beach. (Lots of stairs) Resort and rooms are lovely. We were in a one bedroom, ocean view. Nicely appointed, comfortable bed, kitchen adequate for breakfast and light lunch. The pool areas are very nice. Spectacular views, easy access to the beach. 3 block walk to the Marina area. Lots of shopping, great restaurants. The venders are plentiful but polite. We ate at the resort restaurants for 3 dinners. Great service and reasonably priced food. The pool areas are beautiful and relaxing. Be aware that the ocean front rooms are directly above a very busy and active restaurant/bar area along the beach, directly below. Mornings were quiet on our balcony but by midafternoon there’s a lot of conflicting loud music. We made it work, but consider this in choosing a room location. We had beautiful mid80s weather, loved the people and the neighborhood. We will choose a quieter resort/area next time.

Thank you for your review! I am glad that you had a great time! Your ocean front room has great views, but is very close to the beach festivities, and therefore closer to the noise. I do have rooms in the new tower, away from the noise, with spectacular views. I hope you will consider one of these rooms for your next visit. Thanks again!

Not as described- not ocen view, no stove, no full kitchen, no washer/dryer

Before booking I read all the reviews and the other one star review bothered me so I asked to speak to the owner. I clarified that I was looking for a full ocean view and wanted to make sure I wasn't staring at a concrete wall as the other review had said. She confirmed that we definately would have a full ocean view and that she had accidently booked a pool view before and that the concrete wall they had mentioned in the review was the pool's concrete wall. Well, we arrived and guess what? We were looking at concrete. I called the owner and she said that was unacceptable and I should complain to the front desk. The front desk said that they call this ocean view.The view was of run down concrete buildings. The only ocean view was when you go out to the balcony all way and look left. You can see no ocean from the room. There was also no stove, only a bar fridge that has no freezer section and no full kitchen, no washer or dryer as per the listing. When I called the owner back she said she would do whatever she could but refused to give me a refund. We had relied on the listing and on the way from the airport had stopped and bought a week's worth of groceries including many frozen items. Our food didn't fit in the bar fridge. It was such a disapoinment. I have stayed at this resort before and the staff are lovely. The second day we moved to a courtyard view with a hot tub and full kitchen but still no ocean view, washer or dryer. It ruined the trip.

My listing clearly states that rooms are based on availability. The guest booked her room 2 days before arrival and was told it was the last room available. The resort lists rooms in the Medano tour, 3rd floor and up, as ocean view. There is a better view from the Corazon and Bayview towers, but those were unavailable at the time of booking, There was no promise of a freezer, washer/dryer or stove. These amenities depend on the type of room available. I did pay extra to have her moved to a room with more amenities, so I made no profit, but she was still unsatisfied.

Best time ever!!

A group of 4 ladies away for a girls trip. The condo was so perfect. Both rooms had their own full washroom. Showers were gorgeous. We stayed on the 7th floor. The view was superb. House keeping came in every day and cleaned. We had to ask for dish towels and paper towel at times but never an issue. The service in the resort was amazing. The food was amazing. We wanted to watch the hockey playoffs and they did their best to accommodate us. 2 for 1 specials were nice at happy hour. We had our taxi stop at a groceria on our way to the resort and we got breakfast and lunch to make in the room for the week. We also bought all our alcohol there and split it 4 ways. We found dinner prices in most of Cabo expensive but were able to save by making our own during the day. We paid $3 a day for wifi and it worked throughout The resort. The rooftop pool was so unbelievable with the views. 100% worth the $50 US charge in food and drinks!! Taxis are run by the government and are crazy expensive. If you download the Uber app, it’s half price and so easy to call. Just can’t take them from The resort. Have to walk a block down and then book it. The beach in front of Corazon is crazy busy. Fun to watch the shows at mango deck. Prices were ok there. There is a couple of small convience stores right beside the resort to grab single beers or water. Down around 5 blocks is a big store similar to Costco to grab bigger grocery items. Overall great stay! My 8th time in Cabo.

Promised a beautiful updated room and received a 20 year old dated room with poor quality service!

Don't believe what you see! the pics shown on this site will not be what you get. It's a bait and switch! We arrived and I complained the first day because the room was no where close to the pictures in this add. The management said their was nothing they could do. I emailed the owner on day 2, and we were not offered an updated room until day 4 of our 8 day trip. Then the view was on the first floor looking at the pool wall! Once again not what we paid for. I asked for a discount on the price, and the owner refused. I then told her I was going to report to VRBO, and I've heard nothing since. VRBO agreed with me that the pictures I sent them no way represented what was sold to me. I also learned on this trip sitting through the sales timeshare pitch, that Patricia is a member and members get to stay on floors 3 and up. I was on floor 2 and then offered a room on floor one. Once again buyer beware. Also, upon checkout and a review of my bills, there were 3 examples where the pool bar staff, changed my tip amount (1 became a 9 and a 4 became a 9). Not the kind of place I want my family to stay in!!! Also, the beach area is crammed with chairs right up against each other and you are constantly telling the locals you don't want what they are selling. Not relaxing! Our family had a great experience outside of the hotel to excursions but make sure you take plenty of cash with you, no credit cards allowed!

Yes, I am an owner of four weeks in Cabo Villas and rooms are booked based on availability. This is a beautiful property and the pictures depict a variety of different rooms that may be available. My guests are supposed to receive a room on the third floor or above with an ocean view. We have been members there for several years and have never had a guest complain. When I received this complaint, I contacted Cabo Villas and they offered to move my guest to a newly renovated room, but the guest refused.

I have rooms available in the new Corazon Tower (building 8) and in the Bayview Tower (Building 7). I have already reserved a two bedroom executive in the Bayview tower for Bisbee's fishing tournament 10/21-10/28 in 2023. I also have booked two rooms for Christmas 12/23-12/30 in 2023. Both condos are one bedroom and are in the new Corazon Tower - one is a queen with a marina view, the other is a king with an ocean view.
