Bienvenido a Maui y nuestro hermoso condominio actualizado de 1 habitación, 3er piso - C307 en Kihei Alii Kai. Estamos en el edificio superior en el "lado tranquilo del complejo", cerca del estacionamiento y el acceso al ascensor.

Contamos con un Lanai muy grande con una hermosa vista tranquila ya que estamos en un camino privado con estacionamiento fuera de la calle y ascensor al tercer piso. También tenemos una hermosa piscina, jacuzzi y sauna en la propiedad con parrillas y una cancha de tenis a pocos pasos de nuestro condominio. Nuestra maravillosa playa KAM 1 se encuentra a pocos pasos de nuestra calle, junto con cafeterías, restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles, alquiler de Boss Frog y muchas otras excelentes instalaciones.

Cocina renovada con todas las comodidades, cama Queen size con armario y tocador, ventilador de techo y ventilador de piso. La sala de estar tiene vientos alisios maravillosos cuando abres la puerta de lanai, pero también hay aire acondicionado si es necesario. Lavadora y secadora también están dentro del condominio. El baño tiene una bañera y una ducha para su placer.

Comience su mañana en el lanai con café Maui o camine hasta la panadería local para disfrutar de un rollo de canela recién hecho, o una de las varias cafeterías, luego diríjase a la hermosa playa KAM1. Hay sillas de playa, colchonetas y toallas de playa para su uso personal. Hay muchas otras actividades en Maui, solo pregúntame y te ayudaré a planificar qué hacer. Maui Paradise

We loved our stay at the Kihei Alli Kai Condo complex. The condo is so clean and quiet and so convenient. It is a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Kihei, Kamoale I and it is just a bit further to walk to II and III for snorkeling. There are also lots of shops and restaurants that you can walk to from the condo. The condo had a great selection of beach gear for our use-chairs, snorkel gear (we brought our own thought), umbrellas and boogie boards. Our teenage son loved using the boogie boards at the beach in the afternoon. The pool was heated and we went for a swim in the pool and jacuzzi every night. And the sofabed in the living room was very comfortable and the lanai was perfect for bird watching.

Great place in a wonderful location

Elaine and Don were a pleasure to work with. Their condo was very nice and we feel lucky to have been able to stay there. It’s located in a great spot, with easy access to the parking lot, pool and sauna. Check in process was a breeze - Elaine sent an email that contained everything we would need to know. One of our favorite things about the apartment - no need to carry an additional key with you. There’s a door code you can use to lock and unlock the deadbolt, which we appreciated so much as we were often in our swim attire with little or no pockets for extra keys. Lots of amenities in the complex and Elaine and Dons apartment. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and found ourselves at Foodland quite often getting groceries for some of our meals. Just a short walk to Kam I or II with the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and sand mats provided by Elaine and Don made for easy and relaxing beach days for us. Two small things I didn’t find, and potentially overlooked; a cooler and a beach bag. Outside of that, we had everything we needed in the condo, leaving us plenty of room in our suitcases for gifts for the kiddos. We were able to pack lighter too thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer. We found ourselves using the drying rack on the lanai to air dry our towels and swimsuits after a day at the beach. Check out process was just as smooth - leave the place just as good if not better than you found it and hit the lock button on the door on your way out.

We enjoyed the convenient location of this condo. A block from a beautiful beach, easy to travel out of town to other island places. Clean, with everything g we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We loved the beach chairs and beach umbrella! Highly recommended.

Relaxing and comfort,

My wife and I have visited Kihei a number of times and are so lucky to have found accommodation that was really so accommodating . From the actual property to the very helpful host everything was perfect. Great location minutes from the beach, near convenient shopping and restaurants.

Centrally Located South Kihei Condo

The condo was as advertised in a complex in South Kihei. The kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled and overall our stay here was pleasant. We enjoyed quite morning coffees on the lanai with NW facing views and lots of singing birds. We made sure to watch each nights sunset down on Kam 1 which is less than a quarter mile down the private drive. Our only concern was we prefer a firmer mattress than what was there. Even so, we’d gladly stay here again because all in all our trip was amazing. Thank you Elaine and Don! Maui truly is Magic for us!

A beautiful getaway

What a lovely stay. 10/10 would return. Clean, beautifully designed interior made the stay very enjoyable. The toy box was our favorite as we got to use the boogie boards, chairs and snorkel equipment. The bed was comfortable and so was the pullout bed. Only downside is that AC takes a moment to cool the bedroom so we used the pullout bed the first night we got in. Location is a short walk to the best sunset spot on the island. Loved staying in Kihei! A great central point to everything. Elaine’s suggestions made the trip more enjoyable. Thank you for everything!

Just be aware hosts can charge you and keep your money

Excited to go to Maui..booked for 10 nights had to change my booking to 9 nights did it within hosts time frame for a refund have a credit for $250 for Friday night during memorial weekend. Owner said to wait 14 days after check out to check with housekeeping basically you clean everything towels sheets dishes. Left it clean. Password is written down wrong for Internet, kitchen faucet does not have weight under it to hold hand held piece of faucet in place, shelf has a crack in it on right side door of fridge, and big hole under sink. They must of had a leak and never sheet rocked or hot mud it. 12 days after my stay I asked owner where my $250 they said they had to wait for housekeeping to give it back. I said this is not right. We could go to court over this then they said they owned their condo for 20 years I said how many deposits have you kept in 20 years and they went straight to leaving me a review I said are you crazy you want me to leave you an all 1 star review. I asked them 15 days later why they where keeping my $250 no reply and they charged my account additional $46.15 for fees. shady owners. If you expect money back or change your reservation in their time frame don't expect it back....

Kihei hideaway

We enjoyed our stay at Elaine & Don’s condo. The complex is located directly across the road and up the hill from Kam 1. The unit is conveniently located near to plentiful parking, the elevator and upper-level BBQs. The unit is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fairly well stocked although some pots and containers did not have lids. There were also insufficient utensils for the BBQ. We appreciated the cook book and used some of the yummy recipes. It was nice to have an ice-maker, dishwasher and in-suite laundry facilities available. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach accessories. However, while there are many masks in the storage container on the deck, most have broken straps. We were able to get one mask to seal properly. The snorkels and fins worked well. There are two coolers but they are the kind for filling with liquid. A cooler for taking food and drinks to the beach would be a welcomed addition. Although we rarely used it, we found the air conditioner worked well to cool the majority of the unit. As mentioned by others, the bedroom does tend to be quite warm. The ceiling fan helps but the small desk fan is more noisy than helpful. The addition of an oscillating tower fan may be more effective. The queen bed is moderately comfortable but does have a slight sag in the middle that may be improved with a memory foam mattress topper. The pillows have definitely seen better days and were very flat. New firmer pillows would improve the quality of sleep. The contract, which is provided after paying, indicates a 3% charge on credit card transactions in lieu of a cleaning charge. Instructions for access to the unit were only provided a couple of days before our arrival, rather than the stated 2 weeks. Access to the unit is conveniently provided via an electronic lock. Keys are also available. Retrieving a parking pass was not as easy. The location of the unmanned office half way up the driveway, by the pool, is not clearly marked. It is also important to note that there are no longer tennis courts at this complex. The previous tennis courts (above the parking garage) have been converted into new pickleball and shuffleboard courts. Other suggestions made by previous guests that have not been addressed included providing a bottle of cold water for arriving guests and an anti-slip bath tub mat. With a few small improvements, a good stay could easily become a great stay. We look forward to returning one day!

Our stay was truly comfortable. We had an amazing view, premium access to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc! The owners supplied great beach accessories and a fully stocked kitchen to meet all our needs! We’ll definitely plan to stay here again!

Excellent Getaway

This was perhaps the condo with the most room that I have stayed at in Hawaii. It was extremely relaxing and my family and I enjoyed the view of the West Maui Mountains. The ease of access to the beach and store was excellent. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful.

Great place to stay in Maui

Great affordable place to stay in Maui. The living area was large. It was nice having everything we needed in kitchen. And also having washer and dryer. We wished we would have packed half the clothes we brought and just did laundry more. Awesome location to access anywhere in island easily. Just a short walk to yummy restaurants and food trucks and the beach. It was also amazing to have beach chairs and umbrellas. We used them everyday. We thought the bed and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was clean and we felt safe there. Only downside we found was the bedroom was far from the air conditioner so it was the hottest room in condo. But it did cool off eventually. Also the community hot tub wasn’t open and we were looking forward to that (but the condo owners can’t control when the community is doing maintenance on a community aspect, just be aware if part of why you’re renting is the pool/hot tub it could be closed your stay and you won’t know until arrival). Overall would stay again and recommended others to do so also.

Very nice place and centrally located in Kihei.

I really enjoyed the week stay at this cozy condo. The property is within walking distance of so many beaches and restaurants. There was plenty of free parking on the property. I will definitely be back. :)

Very nice

Unit was comfortable, well equipped and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy because this unit is located near the rear of the building close to the guest parking. Unfortunately, the mattress is old and sinks in the middle so we really did not sleep well. We kept rolling into each other! I also bought myself a fluffy pillow because the pillows were too flat for me. We plan to stay at Kihei Ali'i Kai again but will probably try another unit.

I was raised in Oregon and made my first trip to the islands in 1967. I immediately fell in love with Maui and after many more trips knew I would one day have a 'second home' on Maui, which happened on one of my trips in 1999! I got married on the beach in front of Mama's Fish House in 2005 and come over every year to enjoy and update my condo. I manage all bookings personally and love talking to my future and especially returning guests. I have made many friends over the years and they 'welcome me home' each time I arrive. This is truly my 'second family'.

I was visiting with friends in 1999 when I started looking for condos and fell in love with C-307 at Kihei Alii Kai. While boarding the airplane to come home, I received a call that the owners accepted my offer and I was going to own 'my condo in paradise'. I have traveled to many places and the people in Hawaii are by far the warmest, most friendly, loving, people I know. I make new friends on every trip.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love sitting on the lanai, it is very large, nicely furnished and so quiet and peaceful with a lovely view. Since the BBQ is on the same level and steps from the condo, you can enjoy dinner on the Lanai even though there are many wonderful restaurants close by. KAM I beach is just a very short walk, about 150 feet from the condo and so beautiful for walking, snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing. In the evening, we enjoy watching the Sunset and then going to the Jacuzzi and meeting new friends. There is also the Maui bus you can hop a ride on or check on the many activities that Kihei has to offer.
