¡Gracias por revisar nuestro listado! Nuestro condominio con vista al mar sin obstáculos tiene 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, un sofá cama y una cama Murphy. Duerme 6. Vista directa de FRENTE AL MAR Y FRENTE AL MAR con vistas increíbles! Observe las puestas de sol sobre el océano en la terraza privada. Esta unidad es impecable y el orgullo de propiedad es evidente en todo momento. El edificio Island Surf es una joya con su ubicación central en Kihei y sus fantásticos vientos alisios. Proporcionan una brisa refrescante que mantiene las temperaturas correctas.

The condo was extremely clean and the views from the Lanai are amazing. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the Lanai. Every convenience is within walking distance.

This location was PERFECT! To wake up every morning to the beautiful ocean views, breeze and sights was a gift. We received great instructions on how to find the condo and navigate the parking, building and unit. The walkability of this location was fantastic. It's located right next to Maui Gardens which has food, live music and shows, grocery store nearby, shopping, beaches restaurants and more. We would recommend staying here!

We had such an awesome stay at 1993 South Kihei! Clyde and Darcy were amazing hosts super friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to help with anything we needed. The condo was clean, comfy, and had a great relaxed vibe that made us feel right at home.The location is perfect! You can walk to tons of great food spots, local cafes, and the Foodland supermarket, which made everything super convenient. The beach is just a short stroll away too, and it’s a great spot to watch the sunset or go for a morning walk.We really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai in the evenings, feeling the ocean breeze and soaking in the Maui atmosphere. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and parking was super easy.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Clyde and Darcy are awesome hosts, and we’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Kihei. Highly recommended

A Fantastic Base To Explore Maui!!

This apartment has everything needed to have a wonderful time in Maui. It is very close to many beaches. It has restaurants nearby. And it has all of the cookware to be able to enjoy a sunset in. The hosts are great and the apartment was very clean.

Fantastic locale

The property was wonderful. The bedroom was comfortable, with plenty of extra bedding for my kids that really enjoyed the Murphy bed. The apartment is perfectly located to do everything on Maui and just across the street from surfing lessons, beaches, and shopping. We had a phenomenal visit and look forward to our next visit.

Great location with great ocean views. Lots of parking. There is a pool which we didn’t use. Not far from restaurants and groceries. Wonderful balcony with beautiful ocean views. Easy to walk or drive around. Place was well appointed and nicely decorated. Enjoyed our 7 days here. Would book again.

Great Location and nice unit. Actually nicer than in the listing photos/ has a better layout. Was great with our baby as there wasn’t anything he could knock down/ get into. No cockroaches which was nice. So close to all the shops and the water.

Newly remodeled condo in great location

This condo was all brand new in the heart of Kihei. Darcy was awesome to work with. Use of their coolers, beach towels, chairs, & boogie boards were invaluable. Super nice, super convenient. Would love to stay again!

Girls trip success!

We had a great time at this VRBO for our girls trip. The condo was clean, and freshly furnished with new furniture and rugs. The property manager was communicative, and pleasant to work with. The condo is centrally located in Kihei, easy walking distance to shops, beach, and restaurants, and we could watch the ocean from the lanai.

Someone entered the unit while we were gone and left several items and mess behind, we were very concerned for our privacy as was violated while with our children. The owners didn't respond to our concerns and my further messages including bed bugs were left unanswered. Very frustrated with the lack of communication or resolve of our issues as these are larger issues and not small inconveniences.

We are very confused by this review. We don’t have bed bugs and have had a thorough inspection. No treatment was necessary because we don’t and didn’t have bedbugs. No message was ever sent to me from the guest regarding bed bugs and this review was the first time I was ever made aware of this by the guest. Also we don’t ever enter our condo while guests are staying unless they have requested more supplies or something and we have either verbal or written permission directly from the guest. Neither does our cleaner or the resident manager who are the only other ones with keys and they both confirmed they did not enter during this visit. We say we are very confused about this review because this review is the only time the guest communicated all these issues. During and after the stay these guests never messaged me with all the issues. Even after receiving this review we have reached out to them to ask more details and they have had zero response or communication back with us. The only thing we can think of to explain this is maybe that because they stayed with us only 2 nights they probably stayed at multiple other places and might have got our condo confused with another one they stayed at? We honestly don’t know. If you have any further questions regarding this review, please feel free to reach out to us with a message. We will definitely respond and We are confident that this review will not be what you will be experiencing when visiting.

Great location, however condo requires some updates

The location and view is amazing. Check-in was super easy, lots of parking space right behind the building. However the cleanliness of the condo was not great - the master bedroom's bad has synthetic bedding full of hair sticked to it, so the first day of our arrival I had to change the bedding and rewash the dishes because they were not clean either. The bathroom is pretty run-down which cannot be seen in the pictures of the property (some molds, cracked paint on the ceiling here and there). Bathroom was not properly cleaned too with the hair sticked to the walls... As VRBO requires, I took pictures and sent to the owner to let them know there is an issue. The owner replied fast, apologized and asked if we need a cleaner to come by to resolve the issue but since I had already cleaned everything myself there was no point. This has not impacted our overall experience but next time we will try somewhere else.

Excellent location and all you need

Great apartment in the heart of Kihei. We spent mornings from the lanai watching surfing lessons across the street (and trying it out ourselves too) or taking a walk to one of many cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment itself isn’t fancy and the kitchen supplies could use some updating, but we had everything we needed, including coolers and lawn chairs, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. The apartment offered a convenient Murphy bed in the living room, as well as a pullout couch, so lots of space for kids to sleep. The bedroom was quiet and cool and comfortable. Overall excellent experience, and we would stay here again, thank you!
