Welcome to your Christchurch base — a modern and thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse in the heart of the city. With a private car park and EV charger, full kitchen, dedicated office space, and a private outdoor patio, this is the ideal spot for travellers, professionals, or families wanting a comfortable and convenient stay.
Nestled on Manchester Street, you’ll be close to cafes, restaurants, parks, and all the action of the CBD, while enjoying a quiet and well-equipped home to relax in.
The space
Spread over two levels, the home offers everything you need for a seamless short- or long-term stay:
🛏 Comfortable Bedrooms – A Queen bedroom and a Twin room with two Long Single beds. All beds are dressed with quality linen and warm duvets.
🛁 Two Full Bathrooms – Enjoy the convenience of two modern bathrooms, both with tiled showers, vanities, and complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
💼 Dedicated Work Station – A quiet, comfortable workspace perfect for business travellers or remote workers needing a focused environment.
🍽 Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cook with ease using the full-size oven, cooktop, microwave, and a huge fridge/freezer. Essentials like tea, coffee, oil, and basic pantry items are provided.
🍷 Dining & Living – Open-plan dining area with a table seating four, and a lounge space with Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi to stream or work comfortably.
🧺 Laundry Facilities – Washer/dryer combo with laundry powder provided — perfect for longer stays.
🌿 Private Patio – A tidy outdoor area with seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.
🚗 Off-Street Parking + EV Charger – Private car park included with your stay, complete with an electric vehicle charger for added convenience.

Located in Christchurch’s central city fringe, you’re just minutes from hotspots like Riverside Market, New Regent Street, Margaret Mahy Playground, and the city’s best dining and entertainment. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, business trip, or an extended visit, this location offers easy access to everything the city has to offer.
We offer a contactless check-in process. Before your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on accessing the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.
As locals, we are available to assist with any issues that may arise, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. During check-out, feel free to leave the property on your own.
Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbors we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you'll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people walking by, cars passing, and the occasional siren. Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
