Guest Access:

There is a lockbox on-site. The instructions will be sent a day before the arrival.

Located in the quiet seaside town of Binningup, this home is just 300 metres from the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning swims, beach walks, and sunset views. It’s also directly across from a public tennis court, perfect for a casual match with family or friends.



The area offers a laid-back lifestyle with easy access to coastal walks, nature reserves, and local general stores. It’s a great base for day trips to nearby towns like Bunbury, Myalup, and Harvey, with scenic drives and local produce close by.



Getting Around:

A car is essential to explore Binningup and surrounding attractions. The home has free off-street parking. You’re about 30 minutes from Bunbury and under 90 minutes from Perth, making this an easy and rewarding weekend getaway or longer coastal retreat.

WIFI

Please note, the Wi-Fi connection can be a little patchy due to the home’s remote location — a great excuse to slow down, switch off, and truly enjoy your getaway.



CHECK-IN TIME

- Check-in is after 3 pm.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.

- Early check-in can be requested.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- Check-out is 10 am.

- Late check-out can be requested.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.
