Welcome to Woodhaven 46 in Sun Peaks Resort! Enjoy skiing in and out within 50 feet of your front door at this lovely 2-bedroom, 4-bathroom home.
The spacious entry level features the open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, a half bathroom (also known as a powder room or a water closet), as well as the balcony with your barbeque.
Enjoy heated tile floors in the kitchen, and a cozy river rock fireplace in the living room. The dining table has seating for 6, and another 3 can be seated at the kitchen bar.
The top level features both bedrooms, each of which has a full ensuite bathroom. Talk about luxury! The master bedroom also has a walkout balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The lower level features the den, laundry room, another full bathroom, and access to the patio with your private hot tub.

This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. The garage has room for 1 vehicle (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
