Thanks Don. Glad you enjoyed your time at Sun Peaks. I believe VRBO has now changed the policy regarding damage deposits and will no longer take a deposit. They will keep the visa used for the booking on file and charge back if there is damage. This should be better for everyone.

Thank you for your feedback. We value our guests opinions and want to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay. Regarding the beds, we have not had similar complaints from other guests, and we personally find them quite comfortable, as do our family, children included. We do understand that comfort is subjective and we shall keep your comments in mind moving forward. As for the coffee table, I agree it was a little wobbly when we had our family of 8 at the condo, along with 2 dogs, but we did not have an issue with stability. We had books, helmets, cups and more on it and it was fine for us. We will certainly have it inspected to ensure everything is safe for future guests. Yes, the hot tub cover is heavy, that is why we recommend two people open and close it. It would be great if we could dry it out, however, that is not possible at this time. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay, and we love that you and your family conquered any fresh snow that fell. We are pleased that you had a good stay at our condo in Sun Peaks. Yes, it is a short walk, I shall make note of that. I shall mention to guests that shampoo and conditioner are not provided. We do find most guests are very particular about the hair products they use so we have never provided that. Hopefully you shall come back to Sun Peaks for some more great skiing!!

Your group was so lucky to have fresh snow everyday!! Thank you for your information. We were glad that our unit, for the most part, worked very well for you all. We like to encourage our guests to contact us, while they are there, if something is not working as it should. We would've been able to have someone come to check out the fireplace, the hot tub and definitely the lock on the door(the lock is truly an easy fix). When we are advised after the fact it is impossible for us to correct the problem to make it better for your stay. We apologize for the barbecue, we were able to use if for the month of January, we shall have to replace that. The table and chairs we shall look into. Hope to see you at Sun Peaks in the future!! Thank you for your review, we apologize for such a late response. We apologize for the high hot temperature in the hot tub, yes, that is much too high and should not happen. If notified we would be able to rectify that right away, or a contact with our Property Manager would solve that problem. Hand soap is to be supplied, we apologize for that error also. Our condo is now equipped with soap in the bathrooms. The summer can be quite warm and fans would be a good idea. Thank you for the suggestions!!
