This bright, modern apartment has it all—queen bed with down comforter and cotton sheets, full kitchen, A/C & heat, bathtub, work desk & chair to sit comfortably and get some work done, rooftop deck for breakfasts under the sun or picnics with friends, laundry, and eco-friendly touches.
This is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a private balcony on the top floor (4th floor) of a modern and clean elevator building.
The building features a laundry room and a large, lovely roof deck to get some sun and read a book, eat some breakfast or gather with loved ones.
There is a full kitchen with cooking supplies, as well as a spacious bathroom with a full bathtub and shower with with excellent water pressure, equipped with shampoo, soap and conditioner.
The living room features large windows with lots of natural light and a sliding floor-to-ceiling glass door to the balcony. There is a large electric AC/heater to keep the living room at a comfy temperature.
And an extra large and extra soft couch (which can also be slept on if there is a third person), a computer desk & chair for working/studying, and an 80-inch Smart Tv plus high-speed wifi.
The bedroom has a very comfy Queen size bed, a large window overlooking Brooklyn's tree-lined streets, powerful electric AC and heat, and a closet.
There are curtains in every room in case you want to keep out some sun.
The whole apartment is equipped with cotton sheets and towels as well as natural soaps and eco-friendly products.
