Alex always makes sure of a good stay. Clean and peaceful property. Very welcoming and accommodating. Takes time out to check in and always offer to assist with anything needed. Our time at this Brooklyn apartment was absolutely excellent. The space was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable exactly what we needed for our trip. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and being just a 15-minute walk to the subway made getting around the city incredibly easy.Our host was wonderful responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Such a fantastic stay! Very warm welcome by Alex the host, the spaces were better than the photos. We had everything we needed in the unit to have a pleasant stay in Brooklyn. It felt like home. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with a great bodega just on the corner and nearby grocery stores. We cooked several evenings and it was easy to do it. We did not bring a car - it's about 5 minutes from the closest bus and 20 minutes walking from the closest subway station. If you plan to visit Manhattan, it's about 1 hour by subway.Overall, I'd book this apartment again without any hesitation!

Host was great and we loved the neighborhood, very quiet and cute. The place is spacious with lots of privacy between the bedrooms and a full kitchen. Coffee was stocked for me which I always appreciate. Location is a bit far out but we knew that going in and it was a great deal. Thanks Alex!

I consider Dylan has a tidy and respectful guest who follows all rules. He considers the property as his own house by treating the space with care and leaving the space as he found it. I highly recommend him to anyone and will host him as long as he wants to be my guest.

Graduation trip to New York City with my son

This was a great property and a great location in Brooklyn. It was close to the public transportation we wanted to teach my son to use. The owner has updated the rooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted, so when were were exhausted, there it was for some light cooking, or quick breakfast. The bathroom has a cool and classic subway tile style. First rate. We're already considering another trip.

Very clean! Host was nice and helped us multiple times with things. Kitchen well stocked. There is street parking, if you can find a spot.Check-in is a meeting with the host and a tour with instructions.I prefer contactless check-in, but the host was very nice.The only reason for the four stars is we could have used more blankets than the apartment had. Bus stops near by. Neighborhood felt safe.Our stay was very nice.

Alex was a gracious host and greeted us when we got to his home. He made sure we knew how the heating system and cable operated and made sure we could use the keys he provided. The apartment was very clean and Alex even provided us with bottled water. It was surprisingly easy to find street parking right next to the apartment. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property is very clean and the neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. Alex is very meticulous, but hospitable and ensures that his guests are ok. My only gray area is the staircase to enter the unit, it’s very steep. All in all a very good 9 day stay as we felt at home.
