Welcome to Roami at The Mandeville, a unique vacation escape in the charming Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans. Our property blends historic charm with modern amenities, offering a perfect base to explore the city's vibrant culture. Just a block and a half away, the famous streetcars provide direct access to tourist hotspots like the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Whether you're here for food, music, or to soak in local culture, Roami at The Mandeville promises a memorable stay.



The Space:

This beautifully designed space reflects the essence of New Orleans architecture, harmoniously blended with contemporary comforts. The apartment features a spacious living area, well-equipped with modern technologies and cozy furnishings, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances, catering to both quick snacks and elaborate meals. The property boasts elegantly furnished bedrooms that provide serene retreats for all. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make it as suitable for leisure as it is for a remote work getaway.

We have multiple Roami units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.



The Neighborhood:

Roami at The Mandeville is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just steps away from the property, guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. The Marigny is also home to the famous Frenchmen Street, where the sounds of New Orleans jazz, blues, and funk come to life each night. Additionally, the area is rich in cultural festivals, art markets, and historic sites, offering endless opportunities for cultural immersion.



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

No outside guests without permission

One towel per guest per stay

Valid photo ID required to complete the booking

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Very conveniently located property. Pictures on website did not match actual property stayed in (possibly from another property?) Very spacious and clean. Would have liked clarification that 2 separate units were booked as one. Overall, would recommend for future stays.
