Harbourview House -A classic East Coast home and close to Pondville Beach

Welcome to Isle Madame! Your stay brings you to one of the most beautiful areas in Canada and we hope to add to your experiences. From the beautiful trails to Pondville Beach, you can explore traditional Acadian culture, look for seals or whales in the harbor and relax in our newly and tastefully renovated home.
The area has all of the essentials you might need from local restaurants, to grocery and liquor store as well as proximity to a number of small towns for exploring. Perhaps you just want to relax on the deck and listen to the gulls or stargaze at night in the massive rear yard. No matter your choice, you will find peace and relaxation here in Arichat. Just be prepared to wave back at the folks as they pass by as this place is filled with down to earth, friendly residents.

Your stay will be enhanced by a full modern kitchen, new furniture/mattresses and electronics, high speed internet for streaming or even a little work while you are away.


WASTE
Weekly on Thursday morning (6am) from the garbage box at the end of the driveway. Please ensure all bags are tied securely. Only blue and clear bags are accepted. Blue is for recycleables and Clear is for household waste.
IMPORTANT - Please pick up pet waste if you have pets during your stay.

CLEANING
Cleaning on departure is charged at $125 plus applicable taxes. Please ensure you do not leave an dirty dishes or pots or general waste ( same condition as your arrival). Shall the property be left in disarray or dirty, the security deposit may not be refunded in full.

SECURITY / DAMAGE
A deposit is required in the amount of $350 and is due at the time of booking. When warranted, the deposit ( or portion of) shall be refunded within 5 business days of departure. We accept E transfer for the deposit. Contact HOST for transfer details

You are responsible for any damage incurred at the property by any of the renting guests.
PARKING
Parking is free and the driveway can accommodate most size vehicles.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be communicated to the host via email or phone call within 48 hours of the scheduled check in time of 4pm. Any issues received later than this will not be considered.

CHECK IN - Check in time is 4pm to allow us the opportunity to clean the house properly. If you require an exception to this, please reach out to us in advance.

CHECK OUT - The host requires you to complete the following before leaving:

Gather used towels and place in bathtub
Remove all personal items - dont forget your toothbrush
Remove all leftover food and drink and dont forget to take out your waste
Turn off the lights and turn down the heat if renting in colder weather (18 C)
Return keys to lock box after ensuring all doors are locked
Please do your dishes and put back in cabinets ( DISHWASHER provided)

Failure to complete these tasks may result in a negative review from the host. All we ask is you leave it the same as you received it.
