This charming two-bedroom flat offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.

Whether you’re exploring the Copper Coast or just in need of a peaceful getaway, The Flat on Muddy is your cozy, modern base for it all. "The Flat" is a newly renovated fully self-contained unit located within a private property with its own fenced front and back yards. Features a large 7.1kw Reverse cycle split system for heating & cooling in the main living area. Wall mounted heater in bedroom 1 & extra blankets are available for those really cold nights that can happen in the middle of winter. Ceiling fans built in with the light also available in both bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen size bed & 1 Single bed. We can accommodate 2 couples or a couple with 2 children.
Full kitchen available with oven, dish washer & washing machine.
Undercover Patio area outside in back yard with a BBQ available.
Fish cleaning station located in back yard area.
If you have a boat or van we may be able to accommodate you on request.
"The Flat" has its own private entrance & is fully fenced with both a front & back yard & contained within another larger property.
We look forward to hosting you on the Copper Coast because it allows us a chance to share everything we enjoy about the area – from the stunning local beaches and great food spots to the friendly, laid-back locals.
There’s always something to explore here, whether it’s coastal walks, historic towns, or hidden gems off the beaten path.

The Flat is located a 2km from the town centre & 4km from Moonta Bay which is quite close to the many options for food and drink in Moonta with both cafes, takeaway or hotel fare.
One of our favorite spots for walking is Simms Cove located between Moonta Bay & Port Hughes.
The lolly shop is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth & the The Coffee Barn Gelateria Moonta is a must visit destination.
Opposite the lolly shop is the Moonta Railway Station National Trust Museum which in history.
The Kernewek festival is an event held every 2 years in May & is well worth attending some of the events within the 3 towns of Moonta, Kadina & Wallaroo.
The next festival is in May 2027. The townships of Kadina & Wallaroo are also only a short distance away.
A courtesy bus is available on Friday & Saturday nights to one of the three hotels in Moonta & there is also a separate courtesy bus to the Port Hughes tavern.
