Nestled just 400m from the beach and a mere 1.5km from the charming Pt Hughes local Jetty, convenience meets coastal bliss. Unwind on the inviting front deck, savouring your favourite beverage amidst the tranquil surroundings. Inside, relish in the comfort of the main living area featuring a reverse cycle split system and a smart TV for guest use. Premium hotel-quality linen and towels are provided for all guest stays, allowing you to settle in and enjoy your holiday in comfort and style.

Welcome to Coastal Break, we hope you have a great stay.

Please ensure you follow the below house rules throughout the duration of your stay and upon checkout.
- Firstly, please enjoy your stay, be safe and we hope you have a great time.
- Strictly no parties at the property or large gatherings.
- Do not sleep on the beds without fitted sheets & flat sheets or additional cleaning fee applies.
- Please keep the home tidy and leave it in the same state it was found.
- Please No smoking inside
- 2 pets are allowed at the property.
- Please do not remove any items from the kitchen or property. All items are checked after each stay and will be charged at replacement cost if removed.
- Please do not clean fish or cook crabs inside the home. It leaves a smell that lasts for several days. Please clean fish at jetty, beach or provided fish cleaning station and cook crabs on outside BBQ.

GENERAL RUBBISH: RED BIN ONLY – 1 Large Bag Allowance

Ensure general rubbish of 1 large bag only per short stay is put in the red bin. Any excess rubbish can be taken to the Wallaroo tip at 14 Recycling Circuit, Wallaroo. Or taken home. If the bin is overflowing due to excessive rubbish and we have to order a collection, this cost is past onto the guest.

RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN
All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.
Upon Checkout:
- Please take home any excess rubbish
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- Please clean BBQ after use to avoid additional cleaning fee.
- Please put the red and yellow bins out when leaving.
- Turn off the Airconditioner & Lights.
- Close all windows and lock both doors of the home.

Return keys to the lock box.

Overall the property is in good condition and a pleasant place to stay close to all facilities the bed we slept in was not the most comfortable but it was ok thank you for letting us stay

Short Spring Break

Property was very light and airy, very clean and spacious. Nice spot to watch the world go by. Very secure yard, so didn't need to worry when outside with the dog. Very much enjoyed our short break in Port Hughes.

Everything was lovely but one of the beds was extremely uncomfortable, I think the mattress actually might be broken. I was in so much pain after two nights on that bed I had to move halfway through the second night. My back is still recovering from that bed today. It was in the master suit, could i suggest the owner replace that mattress? I would love to return but would not be keen if the mattress has not been replaced. Also could the owner please provide fly spray as the master bedroom had ants all over the rug and up the walls on our last night and we had no food in there and it would have been helpful to have fly spray available. Other than that every detail was noticed it was lovely and would definitely return to port Hughes next year and hope the owner takes notice of the feed back because it’s a beautiful place to stay.
