For the security of guests and the home, CCTV cameras are installed at the front and rear of the property.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards. Guests who remain past this time agree to cover any additional fees charged by our cleaners.

Breach of any of the house rules can result in eviction and loss of bond.

Noise Complaints:
Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party/gatherings policy, to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. If noise complaints are received during Quiet Hours, please be aware that you may be asked to leave the property immediately and incur loss of bond. Art’s Terrace is located in a peaceful, family-friendly & noise-sensitive area. We care for our neighbours.

Registered Guests & Visitors Policy:
Art’s Terrace has a maximum of 4 guests. If you intend to have visitors, please message us for pre-approval. Any unapproved overnight guest incurs $100 per person per night. An extra guest(s) present on the property or remaining after midnight is considered to be staying overnight, regardless of whether they sleep or not. Any damage caused by visitors will be charged to the guest.

No smoking policy:
If smoking occurs in the property, guests will be charged to have the furnishings and carpets deodorised.

Keys:
Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $100 fee will be charged.
