Unwind in our roomy five-bedroom sanctuary situated on the lively Esplanade in Semaphore South. Nestled across the road from Semaphore Beach and local shops, this two-story retreat is perfect for family reunions, work retreats, or a much-needed vacation. It boasts a furnished kitchen, comfortable queen beds, and a stunning balcony with a beach overlook. Located near Semaphore Road, the historic Semaphore Jetty, and the Waterslide Complex, a memorable South Australian getaway awaits you.
The Space
Uncover an expansive property featuring five inviting bedrooms, two commodious bathrooms and a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Offering Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a functional laundry, you can simply arrive and enjoy without a worry.
As you step through the entrance, a long hallway draws you into the heart of the home. Nestled along this corridor, three cosy bedrooms with plush queen beds and built-in robes promise restful nights and serene mornings. To the left, a well-equipped bathroom offers convenience, followed by a handy laundry. At the end of the hallway, the lounge room awaits. Here, a comfortable futon opens up into a queen-sized bed, offering versatile sleeping arrangements. This room also includes bench space, a sink and bar fridge so you don’t need to duck upstairs for a quick glass of water.
Venture upstairs to the large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Bask in the comfortable furnishings, dine at the generous table and enjoy the amenities of a modern, fully equipped kitchen boasting a large bench and premium appliances.
Slide open the door and step out onto the expansive balcony. Overlooking the azure beach, this space offers a haven to relish the sea breeze, climate controlled by an outdoor ceiling fan. Ideal for alfresco dining, a family BBQ or simply soaking up the coastal vibes.

This is a private home all to yourself and you won`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Parking is available for two vehicles parked in the driveway. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
