From the moment you step inside, this home feels bright, open, and thoughtfully styled. The entryway flows into a generous open-plan living area where soft tones, timber flooring and contemporary décor create a sense of calm. A plush sofa and TV invite you to unwind after exploring Adelaide, while layered lighting and greenery add warmth and texture.
The modern kitchen is sleek and practical, complete with a gas cooktop, oven and walk-in pantry. A breakfast bar with stools makes mornings easy, while the adjoining dining table invites shared meals and conversation. Natural light fills the open space, creating a seamless flow between cooking, dining and relaxing. Glass doors open to the covered pergola and BBQ area, perfect for alfresco dining or a quiet evening with a drink in hand. The private courtyard offers a peaceful setting for kids to play or guests to enjoy some fresh air.
The sleeping quarters are designed for rest and retreat, with ducted heating and cooling throughout, ensuring your year-round comfort. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in robe, and an attached ensuite. Two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds, layered linens and built-in robes. The fourth bedroom, set with a sturdy bunk bed, adds a playful touch and flexible sleeping arrangements for children or extra guests. The family bathroom pairs convenience with indulgence, offering a deep soaking bathtub and a separate shower.
A full laundry with a washing machine and drying rack ensures easy practicality during longer stays. Parking is provided on the driveway for one vehicle, with additional street parking subject to availability.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.
Please note, this property is located under a flight path, with occasional aircraft noise between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
