Whether you're sunbathing on the sand or exploring the area's parks, museums, bars, and restaurants, everything you need is within easy walking distance. Inside, each unit is thoughtfully designed with comfortable living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen for added convenience. After a day out, relax by the outdoor pool or unwind in the cozy, modern interiors.
The on-site laundry services will need coins for use. You can find the facilities in the middle of the corridors on each floor, and at pool level.

Please know that all properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

My business partner and I stayed here and it didn't go well. His bathroom didn't have hot water and he ultimately left early due to the situation. The issue was fixed, but after he left. I had to ask for refund of half our payment, but they ended giving us a token amount that was less than half one night's stay. There was also an hour delay checking in/accessing the apartment because they gave us the wrong information, which after a 7 hours of travel was not appreciated, but ultimately resolved. The entire facility smelled like curry and was dingy overall. Won't be back to this property when we return next time or able to recommend it.
