Welcome to your South Beach 2-bedroom condo with a private balcony in the heart of Miami Beach, located just off Collins Avenue and only one block from the famous South Beach shoreline. From this prime location you can easily walk to the beach, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, and Española Way, placing Miami Beach’s best restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and Art Deco attractions right at your doorstep.

This bright and comfortable condo offers a relaxed home base for exploring everything South Beach has to offer. The living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a dining table for four guests—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a night out enjoying Miami’s famous nightlife.

One of the highlights of the property is the private balcony overlooking the historic Art Deco district, where you can enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply take in the vibrant atmosphere of South Beach.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for light cooking including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Buggy over a Liquor Store

When we arrived there were strange men sitting on the stairs in front of the door at the front of the liquor store, once we walked in my girls noticed a large roach in the kitchen on the floor still moving, I looked around and found another large roach moving in the bedroom. We did not stay and I would not recommend this to anyone ever. We had a delayed flight the manager replied back promptly each time but did not offer to give us a refund, after a long day of travel this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. My family of all girls where extremely disgusted as was I by the large bugs so we left and had to get a hotel room.

Was a great stay, balcony was great to have. Place is an older building (like most of south beach) but is well kept by the host. He communicated well and we had zero issues with our trip. Would stay here again.
