Acerca de este alojamiento
Sheryl's Place by Tiny Away
Summary:
Sheryl's Place spans 500 acres of undulating land lined with native trees and bordered entirely by Wellsford State Forest. The open terrain creates a sense of space that feels uninterrupted in every direction. Sunsets stretch across the ridgelines, and the night sky reveals constellations as clear as it gets.
Stay in a cozy tiny house and discover why this retreat stands out among holiday homes. Bring a book, and let the bushland soundtrack take over. #TinyHouseVictoria #HolidayHomes
The Space:
Sheryl’s Place by Tiny Away sits in Fosterville, just 20 minutes from Bendigo, where wide paddocks meet treed ridges and the Wellsford Forest wraps it all in green. The tiny house sits 50 metres from the main home, giving you your own patch of land, sky, and silence.
It’s a base for low-key adventures: bike the O’Keefe Rail Trail, cool off at Lake Eppalock, or dig into Bendigo’s gold rush roots at Central Deborah. At night, the stars shine brightly, and the forest ambiance lulls you into a restful night's sleep.
The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
ADVISORY: Fire ban in effect: Campfires and open flames are strictly prohibited on the property.
Guest Access:
Guests can acess the tiny home and the outdoor area immediately surrounding it.
The Neighborhood:
Sheryl’s Place by Tiny Away sits in Fosterville, just 20 minutes from Bendigo, in a part of Victoria where bushland meets backroads. The area is defined by its undulating ranges and a gold-mining past tucked just west of the Campaspe River. It’s a region with grit and character: dirt trails, old digger routes, and locals who still wave from passing utes.
The O’Keefe Rail Trail runs nearby, connecting Bendigo and Heathcote with tracks built for bikes, boots, and big thinking. Go fishing at Rocky Crossing, swim at Lake Eppalock, or head into Bendigo for underground tunnels at Central Deborah Gold Mine and expansive lawns at the Botanic Gardens in White Hills.
