The Space:

Windsor Cay Resort - Stay in this beautiful five-bedroom house with 5.5 bathrooms, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi. Although Windsor Cay's resort some area are currently under construction. The house includes a main suite with a king-sized bed on the first floor, on the second floor you will find two bedrooms with two twin-sized beds, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and additional an bedroom with king-size bed. We provide 10 towels and a full laundry facility. A Welcome Kit is included. The house is located near Publix, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios. If you would like to add the pool heater, please let us know 48 hours before your stay for an additional fee. * Please be aware of Windsor Cay resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in the car being towed.

Welcome to your family retreat! You'll have exclusive access to our beautiful 5-bedroom house, including the private pool where you can splash and play to your heart's content. Inside, enjoy the spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals, and a game room for entertainment. Additionally, you'll have access to the amazing clubhouse and resort-style pool at Windsor Cay Resort. We provide all the essentials, including linens, towels, and a full laundry facility. This home is your perfect base for exploring nearby theme parks, water parks, and shopping destinations.



The Neighborhood:

Your home is situated in a prime Clermont location, making it an excellent base for your Orlando adventures. Beyond the theme parks, explore the local dining scene. You'll find a range of restaurants, from casual dining to more upscale options, catering to all tastes. The nearby shopping centers offer everything from everyday essentials to retail therapy, ensuring you have everything you need. The community is family-oriented with parks and recreational areas nearby, providing opportunities for outdoor activities. You are also close to water parks, offering a refreshing escape from the Florida sun. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood while still being close to all the action that Orlando has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our family-friendly house! You'll find ample free parking right on the premises, making it simple to come and go as you please. While public transportation isn't extensive in this area, we're conveniently located for driving to Orlando's major attractions. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 35-45 minute drive away, ensuring a smooth journey upon arrival and departure. Enjoy the convenience of exploring the theme parks, water parks, and shopping destinations with ease. We recommend using ride-sharing services or your own vehicle for the best experience.

Welcome to our family-friendly house! Please note the check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. For pool heating, please let us know at least 48 hours before your stay for an additional fee. Parking is available on-site; however, please be aware of the Windsor Cay Resort parking policy: all vehicles must be registered upon arrival, and a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. Vehicles parked incorrectly will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours to avoid being towed. Please note that to make a reservation, you must be 21 or older, and smoking and pets are not allowed. Parties and events are also not permitted. We are here to help make your stay enjoyable!



Interaction with Guests:

BOOKING YOUR STAY- We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you must be at least 21 or older to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't provide your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking. BEFORE CHECKING IN- To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.



POOL AND SPA HEATER- Our SPA is connected to the pool and provides a relaxing experience! To enjoy both, you'll need to request the pool heater, which does come with an additional fee. Just a heads-up: it can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay.*The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
