Morial Convention Center, The Lola offers a prime setting for both business and leisure. With easy access to world-renowned dining, lively bars, and cultural landmarks, The Lola by Roami provides the perfect base for experiencing the very best of the Crescent City.

The Space:
The Lola is ideally located near the Central Business District, making it the perfect home base to explore the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space features a charming kitchenette, our patented memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

If you're traveling by car, please be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with Roami. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with Roami.

The on-site laundry services are free to use. You can find the facilities on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
