This place was perfect for our stay for my son’s 21st birthday. Wish we could have enjoyed the backyard area but Mother Nature had a different plan for us. Pictures are spot on. Beds were comfortable and loved the hardwoood floors. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house for family of 7 dogs. Layout worked well and teens enjoyed the pool table while dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Drive was an easy 15 minutes into French Quarter.

We just back today from our 4 day stay. Great location. 10 minutes away from the WWII Museum. Our hosts responded quickly when we discovered a shortage of dish towels. They had them delivered within 3-4 hours. Fast service. We enjoyed the gas warmer in the backyard on a cool night. Some enjoyed the backyard ambience in the morning too. The beds were definitely comfortable. Either my wife or I could get up without disturbing the other. The grandkids enjoyed the pool table whenever they had the chance. We would definitely recommend the house to you. We would suggest that if you are going to eat at the house like we did (with 10 people), please check with the hosts about your particular needs. I think that Charles and Melanie will work with you! Thanks again for our enjoyable stay!

The locks was messed up on front door maybe back door was messed up. The grass, it wasn't all the way cut no tv's in bedroom, along with door locks on bedroom doors no privacy bathroom sinks stopped up a horrible remodel the overall experience was horrible would never booked this property again

This guest arrived and couldn’t figure out the digital lock. We sent maintenance to “fix” it as we were told it wasn’t working. He got there and it was working fine. He sent video to show us. They said everything was great so he left. We then get a call the outside furniture shouldn’t be left outside because it’s raining and they can’t use it. I was confused by this statement as outdoor furniture is meant for the outdoors. They then complained that we had no locks on bedroom doors (we don’t advertise that we do) and that we don’t have TVs in all 4 of the bedrooms (we don’t advertise that we do). They complained about a closet not being painted and that we have damprids in closets to help with the humidity as New Orleans is very humid. The grass was cut the day before but again it was raining and they were upset they couldn’t use the outside. I sent maintenance 3 times to assist them for things that weren’t actually an issue. After they stayed the entire time they said they’d leave a bad review if we didn’t refund them. Would not recommend renting to this family.

The area was very nice and quite. The house was not up to par. The upstairs restroom hand sink was stopped up. The toilet didn't fush good. The refrigerator had food in it from i guess the last guest. I ice machine didn't work. Floors inside the rooms were not clean hair and crumbs all under the beds. Porch back door was off trck. The couch in the living room was a mess. (Need replacing)

Oh my goodness, I wish we had known about any issues. I’m not sure why food would be left in the fridge. I know we had asked the cleaners to rush to allow you early entry since you arrived a couple hours early. Maybe they just missed it. I have let maintenance know to check the toilet and sink. Unfortunately people do flush things that shouldn’t be flushed and with older pipes it can cause issues.

This is my personal property that I rent when I am not using for work or play. It is not the Hilton but it is not priced like the Hilton. All dogs are welcome and if they'll vouch for their humans then they can come too. :) Please pick up after your pooch before leaving.
