Step into comfort, convenience, and style at our beautifully maintained 3-bedroom house located in the heart of Charlesworth.
Whether you're visiting Edmonton for business, family, or leisure, this home offers a relaxing space with all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable, stress-free and beautiful home. 2 mins away from Real Canadian Superstore and few blocks away from all amenities. 1km to Anthony Henday located in the popular Ellerslie road southwest.
The space
With three comfortable bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, it can easily accommodate up to six guests.
As you walk in, you'll be greeted by a bright and open-concept main floor. The living room features cozy seating and a smart TV for your favorite shows and streaming services. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it easy to stay connected or work remotely.
The modern kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need for meal prep — non-stick pots and pans, a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, and dishes.
Whether you're cooking a family dinner or enjoying takeout from a nearby restaurant, this kitchen has you covered. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four, perfect for meals or game nights.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms designed for restful sleep. The master bedroom features a king bed with an ample closet space and office space too. The second & third bedroom also includes a queen beds Fresh linens, pillows are provided for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the property with a Key lock entry, ensuring a secure check-in experience.
Parking is available on the driveway for the vehicle
Free Street Parking.
***Basement is not included in the stay as tenants are currently residing at the basement, however, they have no access to the main house and they have separate entrance and door access***
Other things to note
Absolutely smoking and vaping are NOT ALLOWED inside the house If you smoke outside please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground especially in the summer when the grass is dry. Ensure all cigarette butts are thrown away in the trash container.

We have exterior cameras in the driveway, doorbell and backyard that will record audio & video upon motion detection. There are no cameras inside the house.
Due to sensitive to those with allergies we are not a pet friendly space.
