Please note there are security cameras at the front of the property, which show the entrance of the property, the front staircases, for the safety of the house and guests.

1.⁠ ⁠All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)

2.⁠ ⁠No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.

3.⁠ ⁠Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.

4.⁠ ⁠The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 6.
