The heart of the home features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and seating area designed for both comfort and connection. The space offers multiple cosy spots to relax or gather, including a plush 3-seater couch, a 2-seater couch, and four comfortable armchairs, perfect for curling up with a book, chatting over coffee, or enjoying a family movie night.

The central dining table comfortably seats six guests, with two additional chairs available so everyone can join in for meals, board games, or shared celebrations.

The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze, featuring an electric stove, pod coffee machine for your morning pick-me-up, a kettle, dishwasher, and generous bench space. A breakfast bar with seating offers the perfect perch for casual dining, keeping the cook company, or serving snacks and drinks during relaxed afternoons.

Adding to the flexibility of the home is a second living space with its own kitchenette providing an ideal retreat for extended family or guests. This private area includes a cosy lounge, small dining setting, and a compact kitchenette equipped with essentials, perfect for light meals, morning coffee, or a quiet evening wind-down.

Year round comfort is ensured with split system air conditioning in the kitchen/dining area, keeping the space cool in summer and cosy in winter.

Fourth Bedroom – Includes a single bunk bed plus an additional single bed, along with a seat and drawers for storage. Overlooks the front garden creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere.

Master Bathroom – Relax and unwind with a full-sized bath, separate shower, modern vanity, and the convenience of a private toilet and wash basin.

Second Bathroom – Offering shower, toilet, and basin for easy comfort.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
