Welcome to Goolwa Beach!

This gorgeous home sleeps a maximum of 14 people with 3 bedrooms upstairs in the main house with a well-appointed kitchen, family bathroom and two living areas. Not to mention the outdoor fire pit area with fairy lights!

Downstairs has an additional 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed, living area, kitchenette as well as a billiards table and a large TV! There is a bathroom available on this level also.

The garage is for guest use and can fit a medium boat, trailer or large vehicles!

** Please note that this is strictly a no party house and we do require check-in forms to be completed for the safety of guests and our property. **

DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs is a self-contained space and is ideal for teenagers, elderly parents or separate families to enjoy their own private living quarters if desired. It features a living area with sofa bed, large screen tv and pool table as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms.

Outside you will find a fire pit as well as an outdoor shower for washing the sand off after a day at the beach.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs you will find the sweeping family / dine / kitchen area and huge master bedroom all opening onto the fantastic entertainers' balcony taking in the best of the stunning outlook. Two more spacious bedrooms with queen bed in one and double bed plus single trundle in the other. The well equipped kitchen upstairs includes a Miele dishwasher, walk in Pantry, breakfast bar & coffee machine. There is also a high chair, portable cot, filtered water on tap, bluetooth speaker and BBQ.

OTHER DETAILS
Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are included in the accommodation rate.
Strictly no smoking and no parties.
BYO firewood.
Outside dogs will be considered but must be requested. There is a fully fenced yard. A pet fee of $75 will apply.
The whole house is available including parking for up to 6 cars.
