Upstairs: Open-Plan Living & Panoramic Views.

The light-filled, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are specifically designed to frame the captivating coastal views across Goolwa Beach.



Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped, featuring a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, filtered water on tap, and a coffee machine for your morning brew.



The Master Retreat: A private upstairs sanctuary for parents, complete with its own dedicated lounge area—perfect for escaping with a good book while watching the coast.

Upstairs Guest Wings: Two additional queen bedrooms sit on this level, including one with ocean views so you can wake up to the sight of the sea. 🎱



Downstairs: The Ultimate Kids & Entertainment Hub. The lower-level acts as a fully self-contained space. It is the perfect private quarters for teenagers, elderly parents, or a second family travelling with you.

Fun Zone: Features a living area with a TV and a pool table for hours of indoor entertainment. Equipped with its own kitchenette, full bathroom, laundry area.



There is a fourth queen bedroom and a dedicated kids' room featuring two sets of bunk beds.

This holiday home is perfect for sun-drenched summer beach days or cozy winter escapes.

The garage is for guest use and can fit a medium boat, trailer or large vehicles including parking for up to 6 cars.



Enjoy all year round comfort with ducted recycle air conditioning upstairs and split system downstairs in the pool/lounge area.

There is also a highchair and portable cot available

Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are included in the accommodation rate.

Strictly no smoking and no parties.

Outside dogs will be considered but must be requested. There is a fully fenced yard and a once of pet fee of $75 will apply.
