This warm and inviting room features a quality queen bed, two-seater couch, desk, and iMac computer for browsing or streaming. Large windows offer leafy views and natural light. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
Located on a quiet, friendly street in Fairfield, just a short walk from shops, cafes, parks, and the train station - with easy access to Melbourne’s CBD.

This is a shared guesthouse with private, lockable bedrooms and shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. You’ll be staying in a quiet, friendly environment with other respectful guests.

The home is on a safe, leafy street near the Yarra River and parklands - just an 8-minute walk to Fairfield Station and shops.

Guests have full access to their private, lockable bedroom and shared use of the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Free street parking is available a short walk away. Off-street parking may be available upon request.

This is a self-check-in property. I don’t live on site, but I’m available via the Airbnb app to assist with any questions or issues. I’m happy to help remotely throughout your stay.

It’s best suited to independent travellers comfortable sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas.

We offer great value for the area. Please keep in mind this is a budget, self-managed setup.

Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in shared spaces and respect quiet hours when people are sleeping.
Airbnb House Rules
For the comfort and safety of our guests and the longevity of our property, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following house rules during their stay:

1. No Smoking/Vaping: Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the premises.

2. Direct Bookings: Only book on someone else's behalf if you are also staying at the property.

3. Language & Communication: All guests must be able to communicate in English and access the Airbnb app, especially on the day of check-in for instructions.

4. Key Safe & Replacement Key Charges: Ensure the first-time entry keys are returned to the key safe upon check-in. Your everyday entry keys are in the room door following your initial entry. Please return the keys from the entry safe back to the safe. Any missing keys will be an additional $80 charge.

5. No Additional Guests: Please do not invite any guests other than those registered. Inform us if there are changes to your guest list.

6. Noise & Nightly Activities: Kindly maintain low noise levels and avoid cooking and showering between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

7. Shoes Off: For cleanliness, please remove your shoes inside the house.

8. Food in Common Areas Only: Do not keep food in the bedroom to avoid pests.

9. Kitchen Courtesy: Please clean the kitchen after use, including washing dishes and wiping counters.

10. Furniture: Refrain from moving any furniture around the premises.

11. Towel Etiquette: Please keep towel your towel hanging in your room.

12. Bathroom Care: Ensure the bathroom floors do not flood during use. Please keep your toiletry items in your room.

13. Security: Always close and lock all windows and doors when you exit.

14. Eco-Friendly Reminder: Turn off all lights, appliances, and heating units when not in use. Please use only the efficient heaters we've supplied. There is a $30 per day fee for any heaters left on while not in the home.

15. No Open Flames: Avoid burning candles or using open flames in the room.

16. Illegal Substances: Do not bring or use illicit substances on our property.

17. Respect & Care: Treat our property with care, as if it were your own or even better.
