The kitchen & dining area is the heart of the home and perfectly equipped for both entertaining and long-term stays, with other thoughtful amenities such as a coffee pod machine and a slow cooker. Entertain family and friends around the spacious outdoor entertaining area with a Saturday night BBQ. Adults can gather in the living area and relax in good company while children can enjoy their own space in the fourth bedroom, complete with a TV for entertainment.

Less than 100m away is the South Dubbo Tavern, offering delectable dishes, daily happy hours, trivia, live music, and online ordering. Dubbo's coffee scene is enhanced with You Galah (500m) and Blend Sixty-Six (800m), where every cup is a celebration of rich aromas and finely crafted brews.
