The Space:

On the ground floor, the first bedroom unfolds in serene elegance, featuring a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the backyard. The attached bathroom complements the suite beautifully, presenting a modern walk-in shower.



Head upstairs to the second bedroom, where you’ll find a queen bed and a clever trundle that pulls out into two twin beds, ideal if you’re traveling with kids or need extra sleeping space. That room also has its own bathroom with glass door walk-in shower, plus a private balcony overlooking the pool.



Every detail of this home ensures comfort and convenience. A half bath on the main level offers added flexibility, while a full-sized washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry area means you can pack light and stay fresh. The living and dining spaces flow together in an open layout that’s bright and welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, making it a breeze to cook up meals. The living area has a smart flat-screen TV on the wall and a desk if you need to check in on work. With fast Wi-Fi throughout, you actually can work comfortably while you’re here.

The Neighborhood:

Tierra del Sol is a gated resort community at the quiet north tip of Aruba, built around an 18-hole golf course with sea views and 24/7 security.



- California Lighthouse: about 3 min drive

- Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina (calm water, snorkeling): about 5 min drive

- Palm Beach and the hotel strip: about 10 min drive

- Supermarkets in Noord and Malmok: about 10 min drive

- Eagle Beach: about 15 min drive

- Oranjestad: about 20–25 min drive



On site: the clubhouse restaurant, golf course, tennis courts and spa (fees may apply). Peaceful and private, with the island's best snorkeling beaches close by.



Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 25–30 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals, and car rental desks are at the airport. A rental car is essential: Tierra del Sol is a gated community with no public bus inside and no shops within walking distance. Parking is available at the home.



Other Things to Note:

NOTE: Access to the Tierra del Sol resort swimming pools and amenities is not included with this rental. However, activities and day passes can be booked directly at the resort.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
