We enjoyed our stay and the property was clean and tidy and stocked with items listed in the description. This is the first time I stayed in a VRBO where I was not sent check-in instructions prior to arrival, so I did have to call the host to confirm I was in the correct place and using the correct entrance. There was ample parking for the rental vehicle and seats on the deck to enjoy the sunshine. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

It was a cozy and quiet apartment. Very clean and tidy. My only issues were: 1) I booked it because it stated that there was a hot tub on site, but no where in the House Instructions/Help List was there an option to use said hot tub on sight. That was a big disappointment. 2) they have glad air freshners plugged in and they were overpowering and gave me a headache and a stuffed sinus.

Very kid and family friendly, only thing with kids that you need to look out for is the rug in the living room and the rug in the kitchen with food.Friendly, very accommodating manager and in a great location for what we needed. I expected staying in the city to be pretty loud but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as I'm a light sleeper.

I had to contact them to get check-in details. While the house was clean but there was a lot dust and stains on the couch. The place was cold and would have appreciated having the heat on. Location was good and washer and dryer was available. Neighbourhood was quiet.

Regarding the check-in instructions, they were provided on our listing before your arrival, so it's possible they were overlooked. We're sorry if they weren't easy to find. As for the dust, the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and inspected under my supervision before check-in. I'm not sure how that happened, but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we'll certainly look into it. Regarding the heater, your stay was in early July, which is the middle of summer, and most of our guests actually request air conditioning rather than heat. However, we understand that everyone's comfort level is different, and we'll keep this in mind for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you all the best.

Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Just one suggestion - the stairs going down into the apartment need to be repaired for guest safety.
