We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

This home is spread across three levels. The first level includes the main entrance and access to the garage. On the second level, you’ll find the main living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with smart TV and fireplace, a half bathroom, and direct access to the private patio with BBQ and the shared backyard. The third level is the sleeping area, featuring two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and in-suite laundry for your convenience.

>Taxi: available for convenient point-to-point transportation including the airport. Call or download the app to reserve.

>Walking: If the spots you're visiting are within walking distance, walking might be the most convenient option.

David was an awesome host! The home was a beautiful serene environment. Extremely clean and fresh and modern with a cozy feel. Private driveway was a bonus.I will definitely choose 52 Pennywell for my next trip.

Gem of a place

Stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and friend . Appointment at St. Clare’s hospital. Close to the hospital, Leo’s fish and chips ( a must try ) close to downtown. Great location. Very clean , comfortable, and everything thing that you need is in this place. The host were great to deal with and easy to get a hold of.for any questions or concerns.i would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Lovely character home in residential St John’s

The apartment is clean, modern and tastefully decorated with care. Beautiful photos of Newfoundland adorn the walls. The bed and bathroom linens are crisp and white. The kitchen is fully equipped. The TV screen is a large flatscreen and easy to use with the Roku that we brought along. The property is within a 15 minute walk and even shorter drive to many interesting sights and fun restaurants and shops. A Sobey’s grocery store and liquor store are less than a 10 minute drive away. The neighborhood is colourful, safe, friendly and quiet at night. I would highly recommend this pretty house.
