Quiet New Townhouse with Office Space easy park
Brand-new Townhouse in Christchurch City centre. Enjoy your stay in and out relaxing but in central. It won't be more cozy watching a movie on Netflix (with your account) or having a cup of coffee from Nespresso after daily work or travel. High speed fibre and a corner office deck is ideal for whom travels for business. Hanging out have a cup of tea in the backyard or outside in public area is so peaceful.
It's a brand new townhouse quality built by Williams Corp. Quality furnishing with the package supplied by Williams. A open living place with a full kitchen (basic cooking wares are available) and dining area on the ground floor. A 49 inch smart TV is available for guests. A washer and dryer combo is available (mainly using as a washing machine, don't rely on its drying function). A private back yard is outside the living place. An office corner is on the first floor outside the bedroom. A full bedroom with wardrobe and a full bathroom are available to guests. Unique password will only be generated for you and deactivated after each stay to make you safe.
The location is ideal for people travelling with a car, it has lots on street parking space. Otherwise, renting a bike or a scooter or even just by foot are also good to explore CHCH city. Cafe, supermarket and park are minutes away.
Linen, towels and consumables are supplied with limits. Extra linen and towel are available on request (fees apply). As washing linen and towels consumes lots of power and water, we recommend only use what you need to save the world. Sofa-bed is only available on request at least one day in advance($20).
I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
