Security cameras outside on property for your protection. 8 Kayaks to use with life jackets and oars, fishing and beautiful views. Beautiful dock for a large boat. 5 minutes from the ocean and a short paddle to the clear beautiful Weeki River.
This is the type of home you will remember for years to come!! Watch from the deck as the Manatees swim by as well as Dolphins and more! Rogers Park where you can swim and picnic is walking distance as well as the marina where you can rent a boat to travel up the river!

Great house in Weeki Wachee

The property was great fornhosting our family of 7. Lots of space a d loved that the living room opened up to a sun room over looking the water. Enough kayaks for us all to enjoy. Would stay here again.

Nothing short of amazing!

The photos don’t do the home justice! Loved that the bunkhouse was separate from the main house and gave the teens the sense of freedom all while being in a safe neighborhood. Loved watching the boys kayak, fish, and swim right from our dock. Will definitely be back in the future!!

We visited for a family get together. The house is great. House was very clean and stocked with essentials. We used the kayaks and had a good time in the River. Love the outdoor lighting!

Great week on the water

Excellent home with all the necessities and plenty of extras. Great dock with chairs, plenty of kayaks, fire pit for the evenings. Inside, excellent kitchen and rooms, everything worked as expected. All very open, lots of space to stretch out... never felt cramped. And the location... perfect for days on the water. Owner was easy to communicate with and made the process simple.

Relaxing

Very clean, well decorated and well furnished home on the canal. We enjoyed kayaking out to the gulf and river. A king in the master, queen in the 2nd room upstairs and downstairs bunk room has a twin over queen, 2 day beds, a trundle and bathroom.

Perfect for all needs!

This house was everything we hoped and then more! The house was very clean. There were extra blankets, pillows, bath and water towels, stocked kitchen. The kayaks are in great condition with plenty of life jackets and paddles. The easement of just putting the kayaks in the water from the back yard was the best! We will definitely be staying again since it’s so close to family.

Lovely Kayak Adventure

We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the kayaks. We never made it to Weeki Watchee due to it being at capacity, we will have to do that next time. Wish someone would have told us to arrive by 7 AM with your entire party for a 9 AM opening. Luckily, the kids were able to entertain themselves with the kayaks on property.

Thanksgiving retreat

House is great and just as advertised. Cool weather while we were there so took advantage of propane fire pit in back yard. Brought our 15’ boat with us and dock was perfect for it. Had 4 teenagers that used lower bunk space and it worked well. Cooked full Thanksgiving dinner in kitchen and played cards on second floor enclosed patio at night. Wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property and awesome owners

Everything about this home and its location was PERFECT! My husband and I and our friends (2 other families, each with children ages 4-14) stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights and it couldn't have been better. We brought our boat and the location was perfect for getting around. The kayaks were all in great shape, we used them everyday. The photos of the backyard don't do it justice- it's spacious and a gorgeous landscape. Neighbors were sweet and spaced out enough that we weren't on top of each other. I had to reach out to the owner on the last day because there was a huge storm and boat issues. He responded immediately and was so helpful and accommodating. The house was big and clean, and laid out well for our sized group.

Adorable property on the river

We recently stayed here while visiting local friends who weren't able to accommodate our group at their house. The property was in amazing location right off the river and we all had a great time. We were just a few minutes from the state park and got the kayaks out one day. Everything we needed to enjoy the river was there and in good condition. The house itself was clean and comfortably held all 8 of us. The only caution is we didn't realize in the listing that the "kids room" - the one with bunks and trundles - is kind of separate from the main living area. Fine for our kiddos (7-15) but might be a concern if they were younger. Plenty of space for us to hang out after bedtime and have an enjoyable vacation with good friends. This was a great find and we would book again in a heartbeat next time we're in the area.

BEST VRBO EVER!!

This beautiful home is located in the PERFECT spot for paddle boarders or kayakers. We had a group of 11 with 11 paddleboards, the space and river access were perfect. The home accommodated all of us perfectly with comfy beds for all. The perfect spot for morning walks and plant gazing. But wait there's more, the owner, Amy is amazing. Communicating with her was so easy, I felt like I've known her for ever. She was very accessible & helpful, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I feel like I made a friend, Thanks Amy! You'll love your stay here! Our only sad moment was when we saw the hot tub empty, you would have thought someone took out pacifiers, lol. The docks however, when under water at high tide made up for that though!! You'll enjoy this piece of Weeki Wachee!!

Amazing river adventure

This newly renovated property was exactly what our family needed. The separate suite downstairs for our pre-teen and teen kids ended up being perfect. With the comfy upstairs bedrooms and smart TVs in everyone room, the adults were super relaxed. The open kitchen, living room, air conditioned porch and grill were perfect for our large family group. Of course, the best feature was the outdoor patio on the canal. Having access to 5 kayaks, a private boat dock and hot tub kept both the kids and adults entertained and relaxed. We were able to simply chill in the canal on the inflatables we brought with us, rent a motorized boat from the nearby marina for a day and kayak out to both Gulf and up the Weeki Wachee River every day. We saw over 20 manatees on one trip up the Weeki Wachee river. The property managers were also incredibly friendly and took care of anything we needed immediately. We would definitely recommend this property and will book again on our next trip to the area. Thanks for a great vacation!

4th and last stay

We like this house, the view, the area. The inside is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the outdoor amenities have deteriorated. The hot tub which we had enjoyed is no longer operational; the host said it is no longer in the description but knowing where it is , it is visible in photos and, based on our experience, we expected it. The kayaks are not as pictured and are not in good repair. Most paddles lack functional rings. Instructions were provided for the fire ring (the ignition is broken but a lighter was provided) but the propane tank was disconnected and was empty. A call did solve this but this should have been checked before we arrived. We have family in the area and are sorry to have to find a new place to stay.

I’m sorry you will have to find a new place to stay. As I stated to you the hot tub no longer works and is completely removed from the description and pictures. It is barely visible in one picture of the front of the house but is not listed as an amenity. The kayaks are in working order and unfortunately wear and tear break rings off but that does not affect the use of the kayaks or safety of them thankfully. The fire pit propane was an unfortunate oversight of our cleaners one which was taken care of 15 mins after you called so I apologize if that disrupted your trip! I hope you enjoy the next house you stay in!!:)

Great Mother’s Day Weekend

This property was perfect for a family with kids. We had fun exploring the river on the kayaks which were provided by the house and fishing off the dock. The grill was nice for cooking out and the kitchen was stocked with supplies for cooking breakfast and preparing meals. The location is quiet but just a short paddle to the main river.. Will definitely be back!

Great set up, super good spot for our needs

We enjoyed our boat parking and hot tub. Inside was clean and comfortable. And having a local property manager was great he was super helpful. Screen in area down stairs was great . Hose reached to boat. Outside shower. But Bring your own ice.
