Welcome to Paddlers Point – your Weeki Wachee adventure base! This spacious 4-bedroom home offers over 1,600 sq. ft. of open living space, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Enjoy the bright, open floorplan and extend your hangout time to the 200 sq. ft. screened porch—ideal for morning coffee or evening chats.

Inside, the game table keeps the fun going with pool, ping-pong, and air hockey. Outside is where Paddlers Point truly shines:
• Launch provided kayaks and explore the river
• Lounge on the floating island or play a round of cornhole
• Fire up the grill or gather around the fire pit
• Share meals at the picnic tables
• Rinse off post-adventure in the private hot-water outdoor shower

Whether you`re paddling, relaxing, or playing hard, Paddlers Point has everything you need for a laid-back, memory-making escape.
Pets:
We welcome up to 2 dogs.
The pet fee of $250 per stay covers up to 2 dogs.
Guests wishing to bring more than 2 dogs must contact us for prior approval and additional fees may apply.

Was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect accommodations for 9 (2 couples, 3 boys, 2 girls) and close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. Enough kayaks and life jackets for all, as well as other amenities to keep the kids occupied and (mostly) off of the screens). Thanks!

Beauty and wonder with treasured memories that will last a lifetime

The owners are wonderful and have awesome communication and check in was very easy. The kitchen was filled with plenty of cups, plates, utensils, etc and cooking supplies. All the kitchen appliances, grill and washer and dryer worked great and there was all the cleaning supplies you needed. There was plenty of kayaks and life jackets even for the little ones and the floating mat was a hit! The house has plenty of space and so fun with a very homey feel and the owners provided lots of information about the area. We kayaked the river and the water is breath taking and the kids loved the adventure. I do suggest going early though because it does get packed pretty quickly. We also got to see manatees one morning. We created so many wonderful memories together and are beyond words grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us to make that possible.

Family summer trip

Overall great family trip. Pictures are accurate and the location on the water is great. Plenty of room in the home. And plenty Tables and chairs out side. Fire pit for roasting smores. Felt safe walking our dog in the neighborhood. Plenty of kayaks with paddles and life jackets for our group of 8.Only down side was the pool table - air hockey table was broken and unable to be used. Family was looking forward to using it and it did rain in the afternoons, which would have been a great time to use them since we couldn’t go on the water. Great, fast communication with the host.

One of the best family trips we have taken in awhile! Location was good house was clean and just as described. Kayaked to the river and found the hotdog snack boat which was really cool! Manatees with babies were right off the dock and we dolphins went under our kayaks just as we were entering the river from the canal. Hosts were helpful and quick to answer any questions we had about the area.We will definitely be back!

My wife and some friends stayed a long weekend for my birthdag and it was a great time! It was great being right down the way from the crystal clear water. It was nice and relaxing laying on the mat out in the sun. Definitely would recommend to others and will look forward to staying again in the future!

A Great Retreat From Devices

If Kayaking, boating, fishing or plain relaxing is what you want this is the place. Close to the Weeki Wachee River, the ride there on the canal showed us Dolphin, tons of Turtles and Manatee. Can’t help but be mindful looking at the water in the yard. Make a fire and relax outside. In the middle of everything with super responsive and helpful hosts this vacation was a home run!

Peacefully and pretty

We stayed 3 nights (7) adults. Rooms are big, house clean and equipped on peaceful canal. It was perfect to hang out and fish. Caught tons of blue crabs and was happy that there was equipment to cook them. Kelly answers extremely quickly. Great gem!!!!!

Weeki wachee week

This was our first vacation rental and it was awesome. Better then a hotel and instant access to the weeki wachee river. Lots of space for a family of 4. Pictures are exactly what is advertised on the website. Plenty of amenities and a nice neighborhood. Five star all around.

Family fun

We stayed for spring break 2025. Our kids enjoyed the games and toys and bunk beds very much. The canoe was perfect for our first paddling trip with a baby and two young kids. The owner/manager responded timely to questions so that’s helpful.

WE LOVED OUR STAY

Everything was just as promised. Kelly, our host, was very gracious and had everything we could need for us to really enjoy our stay. There were more than enough kayaks, and a canoe. The sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for us. Kelly is very friendly and will make your stay a good one. We really did enjoy our stay with them!

Lovely and Fun Property

Our stay (extended family of 9) was wonderful thanks to being in a well appointed, convenient home! Kelley and David were wonderfully responsive to any inquiries and requests. Plenty of water crafts, convenient outdoor seating, and during our week there were a couple of manatees hanging out in the canal! A great time was had by all.

Kayaks Lovers

If you love to kayak and you have a group that needs 4 bedrooms this is a great place to stay. 2 great floating docks and you can swim in the canal that goes into Weeki Wachee. Well supplied house. Super nice attentive hosts. Lots of floats, toys, kayaks, canoes, Manatees swimming with a baby up and down the canal. Great getaway spot.

Great backyard and very Weeki experience!

This property was nicely done as a rental. Very clean! All of the light switches were labeled. Lots of room to spread out. All of the local Weeki art on the walls added to the Weeki experience. There were plenty of games to keep us all entertained. We really enjoyed being in a quiet, pet friendly house, with a big backyard, only a short paddle to the clear Weeki water. All of the kayaks/canoes/paddles/life jackets were in good shape. On the river, we saw manatees and deer. We also enjoyed the firepit every night. There were plenty of outdoor chairs outside to sit by the fire. This house had everything we needed for a pleasant stay!

Wonderful location

We were a little concerned given a hurricane had just went through a few days prior, but everything was perfect. Dave reached out a few days in advance to reassure us that they were prepared and didn’t expect any issues from the storm. When we arrived everything was perfect, you wouldn’t have even known there was a hurricane a couple days prior. Plenty of kayaks, canoes, and life jackets and the weather was perfect. The kids loved the playing on the lily pad mat. We were able to watch the mullet jumping, see turtles, manatees and even a dolphin swimming through the canal right from the dock. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to come back.
