Our brand-new private suite is nestled in the scenic Royal Bay neighbourhood of Colwood, offering a tranquil West Coast retreat with modern comforts and convenient access to local attractions.
Our suite is in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood with easy access to amenities, cafes, and transit. Nestled just 15 walking minutes from the suite to the oceanfront, with beautiful scenic walking and biking trails, and local parks to enjoy.
The space
This ground-floor suite features:
• One bedroom with a king-size bed
• Blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep
• One full bathroom
• Private laundry (washer and dryer)
• Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances
• Cozy living and dining area
• High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV (sign in with your own streaming accounts)
Guest access
Guests will have a separate entrance at the front of the house.
Street parking is free and always available.
Check-in is self-serve using a smart lock — you'll receive a personalized code on the day of your arrival for easy, contactless entry at the check in time.
Other things to note
No pets, no parties, no smoking allowed
Quiet hours from 10pm–7am to respect neighbours
No access to the private family garden
