Park Ave Ski Condo is a recently updated two-bedroom condo in Park City's Park Avenue corridor, with two true king suites, a brand-new kitchen, and free Park City Transit at the door. It suits two couples or small families who want low-friction access to skiing in winter and the pool, golf, and trails in summer.

Built for two couples or a small family of four to six who want parity king suites over sleeping density. Most three-bedroom condos in this complex chase occupancy with bunk rooms and sleeper sofas; this one gives two genuine en-suite king suites, one per floor, which works better for two adult couples traveling together. Less ideal for large groups, guests expecting a third true bedroom, or travelers who want a private hot tub.

Layout & Sleeping



The condo sleeps six across two levels. The main-level primary king suite has a private en-suite bath and Smart TV. The upper level holds the second king suite, also en-suite, plus a daybed with a trundle, suitable for two children or teens, usable but not equivalent to a third bedroom. Bathrooms total two and a half: a full bath for each king suite and a main-level powder room. The split-level layout places one king suite on each floor, giving two couples genuine separation rather than two bedrooms off a single hallway. Dining seats six, with breakfast-bar seating in the kitchen.



The Home



The main level runs open-concept, with hardwood flooring through the shared space and a gas fireplace anchoring the seating area. A private balcony off the living room faces mature pines rather than parking lots or traffic. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped, with full-size appliances, generous prep space, drip and Keurig coffee setups, and a breakfast bar for quick mornings.



Location & Access



Park Avenue Condos sit on Captain Molly Drive in the Park Avenue corridor, about a mile from Historic Main Street. Park City Mountain's First Time lift is a 10- to 15-minute walk for guests comfortable in ski gear. On cold mornings or for ski school, the free Park City Transit stop at All Seasons (Stop 1615), roughly 150 feet from the complex, reaches the main base in about five minutes. The same free line connects to Canyons Village, Deer Valley, and Old Town. Fresh Market, Starbucks, pharmacy access, and the Park City Golf Course are all within a few minutes away. Salt Lake City International Airport is about 40 to 45 minutes by car. A vehicle is optional.

No. Park City Mountain's First Time lift is a 10- to 15-minute walk, or about a 5-minute ride on the free Park City Transit shuttle, which stops roughly 150 feet from the complex.

Yes. The complex has a heated outdoor pool open through the warm season, the Park City Golf Course is close by, and a paved trail network runs from the property. Free Park City Transit reaches Main Street without paid parking.

Yes. The condo includes covered parking within the complex, avoiding the metered-parking and narrow-street friction common in Old Town.

Lovely convenient place

We stayed at this condo and really appreciated the location. It has a bus stop just 2 minutes walk and could also walk to and from Main Street. It was clean and overall very pleasant trip. We will stay here again.

Loved our Weekend Here

We came up from Las Vegas for a weekend getaway and to escape the summer heat, and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great spot for getting around Park City. We loved being able to quickly get to restaurants, shops, and other activities without having to drive all over town. The layout was also great, especially with the bedrooms being separated enough to give everyone their own space. Dedicated parking right outside the unit made everything easy as well. Overall, it was a great place to spend the weekend and we’d definitely stay here again.
