- The wood-burning stove in the den is not available for guest use
- The maximum occupancy is 6, and children 7 years and younger are excluded
- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front of the house facing the driveway. Camera 2 is on the front exterior door facing the entryway. Camera 3 is on the back of the house facing the patio, deck, and hot tub. Cameras 4-8 are on the southeast, east, northwest, and west exteriors facing the yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- The private community amenities are available for a fee with tenant cards. There are 6 cards provided, and each tenant card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day. The access fee is $30/person/day ages 7+, $10/person/day ages 3-6. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods. The private amenities include the Trout Creek Recreational Center, Tahoe Donner Tennis Center, Beach Club Marina, and the Northwoods Pool
- To prioritize Tahoe Donner owner access during the holidays, Short-Term Tenant Card blackouts are being implemented starting January 1, 2026, on the following dates: January 17-19 (MLK Day); February 14-16 (President’s Day); May 23-25 (Memorial Day); July 1-5 (July 4th); September 5-7 (Labor Day); November 26-29 (Thanksgiving); and December 24-January 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
