▶ ACCESS

Guests have access to the main (upper) level of the home. The lower level and garage are not part of the rental and should remain closed during your stay. Please note that the home is not wheelchair-accessible; all entry and exit require using the exterior stairs from the driveway.
Other things to note
Housekeeping & Comfort. We provide a starter kit of toiletries, linens, and towels to get you settled. As this is a private home, daily maid service isn't included, but your cleaning fee covers a full turnover after you depart. We professionally treat for pests, though in this mountain setting, the occasional critter may still stop by!

Fur-Babies Welcome. We love dogs, and we welcome up to 2 dogs for a $150 fee. Please add them to your booking so we can prepare. Note: Unauthorized pets or those outside this size range may incur a $300 fee.

Good Neighbor Guidelines

Quiet Hours: We cherish our peaceful neighborhood. Please keep noise low after 9:00 PM and refrain from parties.

Smoke-Free: To keep our mountain air fresh, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (indoors and out). A $250 cleaning fee applies for violations.

Furniture: Please enjoy the layout as-is; moving furniture may result in a fee if damage occurs.

Mountain Logistics

Check-in/Out: 4 PM arrival, 11 AM departure. We need this time to prepare for the next guests! Late check-outs without approval are $100/hour.

Septic Smart: Please flush toilet paper only to avoid plumbing damage.

Bear Smarts: Place all trash in the cans inside the bear box (ensure it latches!). Recycling goes in blue bags inside the box, next to the cans.
