The open concept living space and private hot tub is located on the first floor and all four bedrooms are on the second floor. There is plenty of space to make memories - even after the kids go to bed. The kids want to hop in the hot tub while you prepare dinner? No problem! The living room and hot tub are within eye shot of the gourmet kitchen.

Out of respect for the owners, their family and other guests, this property has a firm NO SMOKING, NO PETS and NO PARTIES policy. Smoking is NOT permitted in the garage or balcony either.

Proximity to Amenities and Adventure:
Ski-in off of Happy Valley Way. The property is located a flat 5-mintue walk to Happy Valley and Lara’s Gondola. Save your backs and take a sled from the garage for a fun and fast way to get your kids to the fun! At the base of the gondola you will enjoy Happy Valley Day Lodge, skating rink, beginner skiing hills, a skating rink, snow tubing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing trails. With a quick ride up the gondola, you will land in the heart of the Big White Village which includes a grocery store, restaurants, boutiques, ski gear shops, ski school, rentals, pubs, and a spa. Not to brag, but our primary bedroom has the best view on the mountain for the Saturday night fireworks.

- In garage parking is available for 1 vehicle shorter than 16 ft in length. This 8-unit development has a small shared parking lot which allocates 1 outdoor spot per unit. However, as the snow piles up, some spots are taken up with snow. 1 additional outdoor spot is typically available, but cannot be guaranteed. // Additional parking is available in the Happy Valley overnight parking lot which is a 5-minute walk to the property’s side entry door.
