Wake up to uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from our charming waterfront apartment in picturesque Kirribilli. As the first row of apartments on the water, enjoy completely unobstructed views.
Just a 5-minute stroll to Luna Park ferry and Milsons Point train station, you’re perfectly connected to Sydney’s top attractions, trendy cafes, restaurants, and local shops.
As you step into the apartment, you`ll be struck by the breathtaking view of Sydney`s iconic sights. The vintage apartment is decorated with a simple, minimalist style and offers all the comfortable amenities you need to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. The apartment has an abundance of natural light and features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles (and an additional blow-up bed if required). The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas top stoves, an oven, a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle and a fridge to ensure you can cook up a storm while taking in the stunning views.
Other amenities include a 55-inch LG 4K TV, high-speed internet, and a work area with an adjustable standing table. If you need to do laundry during your stay, a public washing machine and dryer are located right next to the apartment (at an additional cost).

Please note that we have a strict no smoking or vaping policy to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. Additionally, we do not allow pets on the property to prevent any potential damage or mess.
We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable experience for all our guests. Therefore, we have some house rules in place to make sure everyone has a great time. We do not allow parties, events, or social gatherings on the property. However, you can have up to 4 guests overnight and an additional 2 guests can visit. Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise level down after 9 PM. Due to the buildings heritage status, we do not have any air conditioning however provide three large fans for cooling.
No Air Conditioning: Due to the building`s heritage listing, there is no air conditioning. We provide three fans for cooling, and as we are located on the waterfront, a refreshing sea breeze helps keep the space comfortable.
No Designated Parking: Our apartment does not have a designated parking spot, and no units in the building do. However, there is free 2-hour parking available nearby. Please be aware that parking officers patrol the area.
No Lift Access: The building does not have lift access. Guests will need to climb approximately 30 stairs to reach the apartment.
Fishing Policy: Fishing is not permitted from the balcony. However, you can enjoy fishing just a 1-minute walk away at the waterfront.
Lastly, we take these rules seriously and will follow the Airbnb guidelines accordingly if any of the rules are broken. We want you to have an amazing stay and create unforgettable memories.
