The open-plan living area is the heart of the home — stretch out on the oversized sectional couch, stream your favourite shows by the fireplace, and let the sea air drift through the windows. A second lounge with leather sofas and beanbags is the perfect kids’ zone or late-night hangout.
THE LIVING IS EASY
Cook up a seafood feast in the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen (yes, there’s a coffee machine for your morning beach walk brew). Gather at the long timber dining table or take it outside to the covered patio, where an outdoor table for ten looks out over lush, enclosed gardens — perfect for long lunches and lazy evenings.
WHERE YOU`LL SLEEP
Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, study nook, and a calm coastal palette.
Bedroom 2 & 3: King beds, crisp linens, and beachy décor.
Bedroom 4: King single bunk, ideal for kids or solo sleepers.
Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds, bean bags, and a window seat for reading or daydreaming.
With three bathrooms — one with a bathtub — mornings are smooth even for big groups.
BEACH DAYS & BEYOND:
Pack the towels and wander to Quindalup Beach for a morning swim, or hop on your bike and follow the foreshore path into Dunsborough for coffee. In the evenings, cosy up by the fire in winter or enjoy a warm summer night under the stars. World-class wineries, nature reserves, and surf breaks are all within an easy drive.

GATHERINGS
Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Any unannounced additional guests or parties, functions or gatherings are not allowed. If this occurs, additional guests will be asked to vacate the rental property immediately, resulting in the forfeit of the entire bond and/or possible eviction with no refund.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Please be aware permanent residents live next door and noise MUST not become an issue. Noise complaints breach our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. The noise curfew is 10:00pm
BBQ
If you’re using the BBQ, please clean up after yourself when using the grill, and replace the cover when you’re done. If it’s left excessively dirty, an extra $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Ensure the gas valve & the grill itself are shut off.
LIGHTS
Out of courtesy to our neighbours, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.
NO SMOKING
All our properties are non-smoking. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odours and stains.
FIRES
There are fire restrictions from October to April inclusive and must be strictly observed.
SHOES
Please, no shoes within the house. Minimise the mess.
PARKING
Parking is allowed in your designated parking area.
FURNITURE
Please do not move the furniture around.
CHECK-OUT
Check-Out times are strict. Our cleaning team are on a short timeframe, please be out of the property on time.
WASTE
Garbage and Recycling go in the black and green/yellow bins, respectively. Please empty your waste before leaving.
