Just a short 10-minute walk from the pristine shores of Dunsborough Bay, Buone Vacanze is the perfect coastal retreat for families and pet lovers. This spacious getaway features dual living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor entertaining space in an enclosed garden. Take the bikes provided for a quick two-minute ride to the beach or explore town in just ten. Dine alfresco in the outdoor kitchen, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the games room with the kids.
Step onto the welcoming front verandah of "Buone Vacanze" (Italian for "Happy Holidays") and feel the coastal charm wash over you. Sink into plush sofas by the fireplace, enjoy movie nights on the large TV, or gather for feasts in the spacious dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, inspires culinary adventures. Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

The expansive, air-conditioned loft is a haven for fun and games. Challenge friends to foosball or darts, or simply relax on the comfy lounge with a TV and breathtaking treetop views. Step outside and discover the ultimate entertaining patio with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and spacious dining area, all sheltered by café blinds for year-round enjoyment. The enclosed garden, complete with a fire pit and manicured lawn, offers ample space for kids and pets to play.

The first bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring a luxurious king bed, walk-in robe, and en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with a stylish bunk bed. All bedrooms include electric block-out blinds for a restful night’s sleep, while the modern bathrooms feature walk-in showers for added convenience.

At Buone Vacanze, effortless enjoyment is the order of the day with a washing machine, dryer, bikes for exploring, and ample parking in the garage and driveway completing the picture.

Firepit wood is supplied for guest use during the winter months. A starter pack of kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood is provided. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store. Please note: the indoor fireplace is gas-powered (no wood required).
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Start your day with a delicious coffee and breakfast at Wild and Woods Café, a cosy spot known for its great coffee and wholesome treats. Another excellent choice is Artezen Café, offering fresh, locally sourced dishes and a relaxed atmosphere. For those with a sweet tooth, Hot Chocolatte serves up incredible handmade chocolates and the best hot chocolate in town. Dunsborough’s dining scene has something for everyone. Enjoy a long lunch at Blue Manna Bistro, famous for its fresh seafood and modern Australian dishes, or savour authentic Italian flavours at Piari & Co. For casual dining, Clancy’s Fish Pub offers great seafood, local craft beers, and live music in a laid-back setting.

For boutique shopping, explore Mongrel, a unique store featuring locally made fashion and homewares, or visit One Palm Studio for stylish coastal-inspired clothing and accessories. Nature lovers can explore the breathtaking Meelup Regional Park, just a short drive away, with crystal-clear beaches and scenic coastal walks. The famous Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse offers stunning ocean views and is the starting point for the spectacular Cape to Cape Track. If you’re up for a unique experience, visit Ngilgi Cave, an ancient limestone cave with incredible rock formations and Indigenous heritage.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We are pet-friendly - please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking. We will reach out to charge a pet fee of AUD 95.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
