120 m² (1,292 sq ft) ground-floor apartment with private, fenced garden, located only 100 meters from the swimming pool and gym and 200 meters from the beach.
The apartment is situated in Azuri Ocean & Golf Village, a high-end beachfront hotel and residential estate with 24/7 security. The surroundings are calm and lush, with beautifully landscaped tropical gardens planted exclusively with endemic Mauritian species.
Apartment Ilea 37 has been carefully and tastefully decorated to provide maximum comfort. The private garden offers additional outdoor living space, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outside.
Guests receive an access card for free use of the large swimming pool, sun loungers and the fully equipped gym, all located approximately 80 meters from the apartment.
At 220 meters, guests can access the 5-star Radisson Blu hotel facilities (some services at an additional cost), including: spa and massages, lagoon excursions, water and land sports, tennis courts, a 9-hole golf course (in progress), additional swimming pools (including a 25-meter lap pool), cafés, restaurants, bars, a grocery store, shops and an ATM.
Guests benefit from a 15% discount at Azuri cafés and restaurants, including those of the hotel.
The hotel also offers daytime and evening activities, often featuring live music.
The apartment is rented with the services of a housekeeper (up to 4 hours per day from 9:30 am), providing cleaning, laundry, ironing, and preparation of traditional Mauritian meals upon request (ingredients to be provided by guests).
Azuri is located approximately 3 km from Rivière du Rempart, a traditional village with supermarkets, shops and daily open-air fruit and vegetable markets. On Sundays, a large covered market is held at the entrance of the village. Grand Baie is 20 km away and the international airport is 65 km away. Taxis are available at the entrance of the residence.
Airport transfers and car rentals can be arranged on request.
