Enjoy your own private entrance, modern bathroom, and free street parking, all in a quiet neighbourhood close to local attractions.

This newly built private basement suite is located in South East of Calgary. This is close to local amenities such as a VIP Movie Cinema, multiple Shopping Outlets, World Largest YMCA, a Hospital, Libraries, parks and many more. For cross country travellers Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail route options is just 3 minutes drive. This suite is 100% private with a separate keyless entrance.

Bedroom:
This suite has two large bedrooms with two queen beds and spacious closets. Bedroom 1 features a dedicated workstation with a flatscreen Monitor, keyboard and mouse provided, while Bedroom 2 features a smart tv for your convenience. Both rooms can accommodate 4 adult guests with premium beddings, blackout curtains, and plush pillows for extra comfort.
Living room:
A spacious , neat and clean living room with a comfortable couch, large smart tv(Netflix, Includes 4K fire stick for Amazon Prime & YouTube) centre & coffee tables, as well as a separate dining area with 4 chairs.
Kitchen:
For your culinary pleasure, we offer a full kitchen fitted with an oven range, microwave, coffee-maker, electric kettle, fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, toaster, with cutlery, plates, glass, pots, pans and mugs all provided. The kitchen also has comfortable mat to rest on while cooking, together with a rice cooker, food processor and a wine/bottle opener.

- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.
Bathroom:
