Welcome to your bright and airy Miami sanctuary! This modern, single-level home is designed for comfort and connection. The open-concept living space flows seamlessly from the living room to the dining area and kitchen, creating a wonderfully social atmosphere.

**Living Area:**
A large sectional sofa, a 75” Smart TV, and a pool table provide endless entertainment.

**Kitchen & Dining:**
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy them together at the dining table with seating for six.

**Bedrooms:**
Every bedroom is equipped with a 50” Smart TV and blackout roller blinds to ensure a restful night's sleep.
* Master Bedroom: A comfortable King bed with an ensuite bathroom.
* Second Bedroom: A cozy Queen bed.
* Third Bedroom: Two Twin beds.

**Bathrooms:**
You'll find two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and another with a tub/shower combo. We provide plush towels, hairdryers, and premium toiletries for your convenience.

**Outdoor Living:**
Step into your private backyard to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

**Convenience:**
A full-size washer and dryer with detergent pods are available for your use.

Guest Access
During your stay, you'll have access to all the amenities and spaces within the property and the facility.

Booking & Guests

Minimum age is 25 (exceptions possible). Contact us prior to booking.
. Check-in Requirements:

All guests must provide a government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in.
Entry instructions will not be sent until these are received.
Communication is via a secure third-party platform.

· Conduct & Property Use

Smoking is permitted outside only; a $500 fine applies for indoor smoking.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM (no noise audible to neighbors).
Parties are not allowed; only registered guests may be on the property.
Candles are not allowed inside.

· BBQ

We provide propane for the BBQ grill and ask that you clean it after each use to avoid a $50 cleaning fee.

· Pets & Wildlife

No pets are allowed, including service/emotional support animals (due to allergies). Exceptions will be considered contact us additional fee will apply.
The tropical climate includes insects, lizards, and iguanas; keep doors closed.
Encounters or small droppings do not qualify for refunds.
Cleanup supplies are provided.

· Longer Stays

For stays of 2 weeks or more, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the reservation to maintain the home's quality.

· Check-in / Check-out
Early check-in or late check-out available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability. Please inquire for details.

· Safety & Security

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed facing the front of the house and overlooking the pool area. These are not actively monitored. Tampering with cameras will result in a $100 fine
